I have deposited thousands of euros of my own money (that I have worked hard for or made in other casinos)in this casino and got a message after uploading my documents that is was fully verified. Then I won 17k and suddenly my account wasn’t verified anymore! I have sent so many documents even bank statements for three months. They rejected my cash out and told me to wager funds at least 1 time (I still have that email). I told them no games are available to play with my currency but they told me to wait. After games were available to play, I finished the 1x wager. In this process I lost NZD50 and requested cash out but it was rejected as the casino now wants me to wager my funds 3 times. I then finished rest of the wager and lost another NZD20 and finally received my funds. If the casino would have told me the first time that I had to wager my deposit three times I would have been more careful.
I don’t know if this was the Casinos fault or N1 interactive’s fault or Softswiss but all I know is this was unprofessional. Even the email sent asking me to do 1x wager was not fair.
All and all since it is a newly released casino, I forgive them for their mistake but I hope chat will be more careful next time.
