Would love to give a 10 star just a few things that could improve with Kakadu casino. The bonus codes don't seem to work that they email me, not too big of deal as chat support gives it manually if you go there.
Pending time was quick with first few cashouts, now it's very slow. Been waiting over 2 days for 3 cashouts to process but support says working on it.

Their Site says under the FAQ, instant withdrawal or in some cases up to 12 hours. Max cashout of 1000 per day so when you win big its lengthy to cash out, especially when pending time is so slow.
They should update their site with proper withdrawal time. As a frequent player I like to choose casinos with speedy withdrawals.

Kakadu has the potential to be a high roller's paradise thanks to its generous promotions. The first four deposit bonus and reload bonuses are great enough but the 100% cashback bonus is my personal favourite.

Overall I had a nice time at Kakadu casino and I had no issues with deposit or the games,so I didn't reach out to the customer support. I would only say that their lobby could be improved, as I didn't see New Games category, which could improve user experience, as I personally can't always remember the new game names. Other than that, their offering is good and I might be coming back to play there more.
