A small minus is perhaps that first-hand support is not completely up to date on how the bonus rules are. I took advantage of the welcome bonus, which I managed to complete. After I completed the bonus and then played with my own money, I tried to buy a cheap bonus on Remember Gulag. For 2 Norwegian kroner bet, the bonus cost 540 NOK. Then I was informed that the max bet limit had been reached. Support then thought that even though I had completed my welcome bonus, the bonus rules still applied, the maximum bet of 10 NOK. After a lot of talking here and there, where I tried to emphasize that they then had to be the only casino that you still followed bonus rules, even if you played with your own money, he agreed that I was right and they were wrong. But then I was told that the maximum BET on the slot and the provider was 500 NOK. Very strange, as this is the second lowest bet you can buy a bonus for on Remember Gulag. Didn't really find any felonies, though I did run across some hysterical whining about losing. I started playing, lost everything, decided to leave and messaged tech support to block my account.
