I have deposited thousands of euros of my own money (that I have worked hard for or made in other casinos)in this casino and got a message after uploading my documents that is was fully verified. Then I won 17k and suddenly my account wasn’t verified anymore! I have sent so many documents even bank statements for three months. Now, still no feedback and they have changed the withdrawal limit to 1000€ a day! So even if I can’t withdraw my wins it will take weeks! So so bad!

My personal experience at the casino wasn’t a memorable one. When I made a deposit of NZD300 and claimed the bonus every game I opened was restricted to play with. I told the casino about this and they told me to try different games. After opening about 15 games, I told them to cancel my bonus and let me withdraw my funds. They rejected my cash out and told me to wager funds at least 1 time (I still have that email). I told them no games are available to play with my currency but they told me to wait. After games were available to play, I finished the 1x wager. In this process I lost NZD50 and requested cash out but it was rejected as the casino now wants me to wager my funds 3 times. I then finished rest of the wager and lost another NZD20 and finally received my funds. If the casino would have told me the first time that I had to wager my deposit three times I would have been more careful.
I don’t know if this was the Casinos fault or N1 interactive’s fault or Softswiss but all I know is this was unprofessional. Even the email sent asking me to do 1x wager was not fair.
All and all since it is a newly released casino, I forgive them for their mistake but I hope chat will be more careful next time.
I will definitely come back to this casino to claim their bonus offers as they offer INR currency and I wish this casino best of luck for the future.

Only bad thing which is like that pretty much in every casino when you have an active bonus there's certain games you cant play but once you've completed the bonus you can play them all.

Like just tell people instantly what kinda photos etc. you would possibly want and don't prolong this process like this.
