No payout due to technical issues for a month

Hi there,

I have been waiting for my payment of 500.00 EUR for a month.
I have also written to the live chat many times and there I always get the same answer, wait, please be patient and have been for a month.

I was told by a member of staff in the live chat that the payouts should be ready at the beginning of the week, I have not received anything and am still waiting for it.

I want to complain about jokerino for not proceeding with my request for withdrawing.

I registered over two weeks ago with a bonus code and reached the playthrough. So I tried to withdraw my won 100€ to my Bank Account.

My Jokerino Account got verified within 48 hours but my withdraw is still ‚open‘.

In the Last 14 days I often tried to contact the Team, their livechat is only for technical Support so they promised me to transfer my case to the right Department. Additionally, I wrote a Mail through their contact form.

I didnt receive a single answer, so I‘m Not sure if they ever want to send me my winnings.

Delayed payment and documents still pending verification

From 20/04/2020 which i won 374.59 euros(you can see it in my attachments) i wait for sending me my withdrawal ! Hello, I requested withdrawal of 700e via e-wallet Ecopayz and added all documents in profile 3 days ago. After few hours i saw that my withdrawal request is processed so I though that the funds are in my e-wallet but they dont. I asked on chat and send e-mail whats going on and also I asked about my verification it is okay or not but e-mail not answered, chat cant help at all so I wait till today (48h verification + 24h for withdrawal to e-wallet) but nothing happens. Here are screenshoots with withdrawal request and few words with chat and another screenshoot 1 day later (wednesday 22/04 with no pending withdrawal like "processed"). Delayed €2,200 Payments

My account at Jokerino was verified monday 16th marts, and I received my first withdraw wednesday the 18th. without any problems.

I requested another withdraw to my bank account on 1200€, and received an email friday 20th saying:

"Withdraw accepted - Dear User, we are happy to confirm that your withdrawal was accepted.
Depending on the Withdrawal Method it might take up to 2-3 Business days until you receive it.
Yours"

So the money was withdrawn from my account, and I was sure that I would receive them monday or tuesday.

When my withdraw was accepted, I could deposit again, and i made a deposit through Skrill, and won another 1000€, which I requsted a withdraw on.

Since I received the confimation last Friday, I have not heard from anyone except the live chat supporter, who are always saying the same thing like "I am sorry, but I am only a technical support, I do not handle withdraws.
You need to wait for a confirmation email from the office when your withdraw is ready. "

When I'm trying to contact the office by email, they have still not answered me back.

So: I have an accepted 1200€ withdraw, from more than a week ago, but I didn't received the money yet, and then I have a 1000€ pending withdraw = 2200€ overall

I really hope that we can solve this problem.

Site is simple and easy to navigate. Good selection of games and providers. Very polite chat service.
I still haven't won here but I enjoy myself playing.
No games loading problems which I saw so many times in other casinos and no unnecessary waiting time during deposit. Very appealing deposit bonuses.

Hidden search bar is what I didn't like so far. In my opinion it should be standing out somewhere at the top. Because if there are so many games available, it shouldn't be a problem to find a search bar.

I gave a chance to this casino after they offered me a first deposit bonus in email. I find this casino more than a decent because I never had any issues so far.
Verification was a quite quick and withdrawal I still haven’t tested due to lack of luck :(

They should work on maintaining the good bonus offers, especially for loyal players. In a sense of more cashback and more lucrative bonuses so that the players tend to stay and play more often.

I am positively surprised by this casino. Heard about it on the forum and decided to deposit 20€. Since then I made few withdrawals and lost some. But it seems that this casino is genuenly good. No problems with verification and withdrawals. It was done the same day for verification and for withdrawals 1-2 days.

Cannot see that anything bothers me whatsoever. The games are loading quick, the service in the chat responds fast. I have no complaints about this casino at all.

It seems like a nice casino with many many games. Verification and withdrawals are available within few days. Custommer support is friendly and answers whatever I ask them.

sometimes the chat is not available and I have to wait until it is open. Other than that I did not see anything to complain about. Also the freespins should be available as a motivation.

The live chat is great. The selection of games is decent. Possibilities to deposit are good. The bonus programm is fine too (at the moment: 100% for every deposit with a 35x wager).

The pending times for withdrawls are unaccaptable. The first 3 withdrawls were processed during a few days. The latest withdrawl is now pending for over 1 week. I can't make another withdrawl, as "only one withdrawl per time" is allowed. Some of the slot games doesn't work ("wrong ID"). The "Bet History" and "Deposit / Withdrawl History" doesn't work yet. It seems, the website isn't finished coding and there is still "work on progress". I will update the rating when the cashout pending time is more acceptable again.

I was attracted by a catchy name - Jokerino. So cool! Went to check if it's any good. It is actually a quite nice casino with a lot of games to choose from. Verification wasn't a problem. For a withdrawal still wait for a Lady Luck to hit me with some big cash.
In addition to that seemingly attractive welcome bonus package.
Since I liked it at first sight, I decided to try it out with 50€. Didn’t withdraw big money still, but I like it playing in there and we'll see. So far so good.

In fact, I haven't really noticed any shortcomings or some kind of weak points, so I can’t be quite called upon to find anything bad about this casino.

It is a fairly new casino that I discovered a few weeks ago. I was attracted by the name to be honest. I saw on a Facebook group that someone recommend this casino, so after a while I decided to sign up and give it a shot.
