Wasn’t clear that I wasn’t eligible for welcome bonus. Hidden in terms.
Small Withdrawal and asked for documents. Wanted to see corners of utility page, ridiculous, but resent.

But we do not allow a deposit when there is a pending withdrawal. Therefore the popup will inform you: STOP: You have a pending withdraw! A deposit may not be made as there is a pending withdrawal. By clicking proceed the withdrawal request will be cancelled. Click cancel to return to the Casino. Of course you are not required to cancel your withdrawal but if you wish to deposit funds, please temporarily cancel the withdrawal. Deposit your funds you would like to play with and re-request a new withdrawal. Seems to have a descent selection of games it says 100% match bonus on first deposit could not find if you have to enter a bonus code.

Absolutely disgusting advertising welcome offers and then not granting them! I went on chat and this was the response:
'The bonus will be activated once there is a normal gameplay in the account as mentioned by the technical team unfortunately'
A disgusting casino who provided no details as to why this was and who I believe are sucking in UK customers with no intention of giving them bonuses.
I have complained to the UKGC.
