After verifying the account, it took 5 days for the casino to realize that I had not fulfilled the wagering (32€) for money laundering rules, which is weird, as I had just completed the wagering bonus, and my withdrawal was declined.

I have deposited ETH to Gxmble casino and I did not get credited it to my account. And I have proof of that.

I used a revolut account and I deposit ETH to the given casino address. I did not get credited and I am still waiting for an answer from them.

Closed my account and didn't let me withdraw my 1400 dollars

I have used gxmble website for quite some months, I verified my account twice (second time recently because my proof of address expired) I had made 3 withdraws in the total value of 1400$, i waited 9 days since the first one, and the live chat just kept saying there was a high volume of withdraws, and big delays that the financial department team was having trouble handling it. Today i wake up to a banned account and an email saying the following "We regret to inform you that your account has been banned. After an investigation of your gameplay, we have located suspicious activity on the games that you were playing." i dont understand, i won all my bets fair and square, i mean most of the profit comes from football even. Please do help me out, they have 0 proofs of what they are claiming. I would hate to be scamed another 1400$.

Closing the account and canceling the balance of 304 dollars

Some time ago I filed a complaint with Askgamblers about this casino. I was asked to send all the correspondence, which I did. But, my letter did not reach you for some reason, and the complaint was rejected. Therefore, I file the complaint again with all the information attached.
I opened a casino account using a link from Askgamblers, made a deposit, made several sports bets, and requested a withdrawal. I was asked to pass a check, which I did. I received an email that my account has been verified. Then I made a withdrawal request, but soon I could not log into my account and received an email with the following content: "Hello, Roman,

I hope this letter finds you in good health.

We are sending you this email in connection with your withdrawal request. Unfortunately, your withdrawal was rejected and your winnings were confiscated.

The reason for the confiscation of your winnings is that we found that you abused the sports betting system, which is simply unacceptable, it also led to the blocking of your account with us.

Thank you for your patience and understanding."
I want to say that my bets were both winning and losing, and the bets were small - up to a hundred dollars. Therefore, I personally could not influence the results of these matches with such sums, and in all the matches I won. This is not the first time I have come across this, when a casino is unable to pay a win honestly, tries by any means and methods, and its rules (according to which the casino can confiscate any winnings without justification) do not pay money.

No refund after closing account

A few days ago on 02-06-23 i have made a deposit of 130 euro’s on Gxmble by AstroPay. There was a delay in the payment and i regretted my decision too gamble due too a gamble problem. So I send them a mail too close mine account and mine money back. Shortly after that I got a email back that mine account was closed and that I didn’t make a deposit. But the money was from mine bank account. So I contacted AstroPay who send a proof of payment wich i could sent too the customer service. But the don’t reply too mine e-mails. I also used different accounts because I think the blocked me. Also when I contact the customer service by chat the immediately block me. I have gamble a few years and never been treated this way. I could withstand mine addiction by closing mine account and then been treated this way is very sad.
