Gudar Casino - Verification and withdrawal issues

I have been trying to get documents verified in order to withdraw for several days now. Casino policies state up to 48 hours for documents to be verified and also 24 hours for withdrawals. It has already been well over those time periods and I have tried communicating with the casino to no avail.

Exact same verification documents have been accepted recently by their sister casinos universal casino and w casino so I do not understand what the issue is. I have followed all rules and regulations outlined by the casino. Below are the transcripts from interaction with the casino. They don’t seem to have any interest in addressing the concerns or following their own policies either as is clear from transcripts.

Gudar Casino - ETH deposit not credited and seem to be ignored
Hello i have been playing at this casino a short time all seemed fine till i used Dapper to send ETH

I use 2 wallets for daily tasks https://www.meetdapper.com/ (Dapper) being one of them which turns out does internal transactions
of which i do not understand the difference... but deposit via other wallet all good.

Used Dapper and only sent a small amount 0.027 ETH to test as i have had this issue in past and sure enough it hasn't been credited..
i alerted support and informed them what happened and that there should be a warning on deposit screen but no nothing has been done and i feel i'm now being ignored they can't see it so don't believe me i really do not know but i have provided them everything they would need to find it fast but seeing as i am still "waiting" i think it's safe to say i been swept under the rug

I cannot reverse the transaction so i need them to follow through and do something about it.

Also part of communication also attached, i told them what happened and informed them the problem.. all they really need to do is look at wallet and see but this has been since the 13th and judging by past experience with casinos i feel i'm being ignored here as no one has contacted me to say anything or ask questions and nothing has been done

Well there is many slot game provider, but as far as I can see that's the only good side in this casino. .

Chat person that I talked with was very slow and it seems that she have to ask answer to my questions from some one else it took so long time to get any answers. And when it appears that I didn't get deposit bonus cause I used Skrill then this chat person disconnect chat session in the middle of discussion!! What the h**l , who do that???? So they have changed the bonus rules but there where no information about this when making deposit, Skrill method was ok method to get bonus 2 months ago. And they do know how to delay withdraw and account verification process, yes they are professional for doing that. This casino is really good for Australian players, has Yggdrasil and Quickspin slots, fast withdrawals usually within a few hours for me, regular 100% match bonuses, has a lot of wager free, free spins. Fast verification too!

Live chat is not 24 hours but they do have it and $500 a day withdrawal limits but there is no monthly limit and they do process withdrawals fast.

Gudar casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. I was going through the list of Askgamblers Coin casinos to see if there was some good offer I could benefit from. Then I noticed Gudar casino in this list and since I had heard some good feedback about this casino, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to try them myself.

The sign up process was quite easy and took me just a couple of minutes. After I had signed up through AG coin and verified my email address, I logged info my new casino account and didn't see the bonus added. I checked my account sections but couldn't find anything related to the bonus. Then I decided to contact the casino customer support to see if they would be able to add it to my account manually.

The support was friendly and welcoming, and they told me it would take a couple of minutes. After around 10 minutes of wait time I was informed that the bonus has been added to my account. I asked support about the terms for it, including wagering requirements and allowed games, as I didn't find the AG coin terms. However, after support didn't reply me for a few minutes, I decided to just wing it and play Twin Spin.

I was using my phone for playing and I was quite pleased with the game selection and loading time. Unfortunately my session didn't last long and even with minimum bets I ran out of balance in a matter of minutes.I was then considering making a deposit and claiming the welcome bonus, however, to be completely frank, I didn't like the terms they carried. I don't like bonuses that require to wager both deposit and bonus funds. And in this case, the amount was significantly high- 40 x the whole balance. With that in mind, I think that this is a decent casino with good potential and I can imagine making a deposit as the game selection from major game providers was great, but with these terms I won't be claiming bonuses.

I made the mistake of making of depositing to this casino not checking if it's under MGA license. It's licensed under Curacao where they do not simply care. Their terms for bonus play are ridiculous with max cashouts and in my case, the most popular games such as Book of Dead and Reactoonz are "Unable to play" under bonus. You are able to play them if you manage to win on them, they took away my winnings of 1000 euros, cancelled my withdrawals, did not inform me of this and when I logged in, they had just reset my bonus balance to the start. A real casino would make it technically impossible to play restricted games under bonus. Many casinos do set a list of restricted games because different technical aspects, but you do kind of get a feeling that Book of Dead and many other popular games are set there as a trap, so they can confiscate any winnings accumulated in them. Next time, instead of having to read the whole T&C with a magnifying glass, maybe just stick to real casinos that follow a certain conduct. Gudar Casino is not one of these casinos.

Withdrawal times. I recently joined and deposited 4 times. I made my first withdrawal of 900 which had to be done in two withdrawals as they limit you to 500 per withdrawal. There is no mention anywhere on this site as to these restricions. I uploaded all documents to verify my identity and received both an email and a response from chat stating my account is fully verified. I asked how long it would take to process the withdrawal and was told 0-12 hours. I cam back the next day as the 12 hours had passed and was then told 0-24 hours. I returned again when 24 hours passed and was told 5 days. I went on to there site and screen shot their withdrawal terms and sent it to them. I also pointed out that they were in breach of their own terms. Their response was "Oh we need to update it" I asked again how long it would take for my withdrawal to be process by them and was told they did not know that it would be done by the finance department. They also state they are available to chat 24/7. This too is a lie as more time there is nobody to chat with. They give an option to leave a message which they do not respond to. I would avoid this site like the plague. Also I found links they provide on there site to click and get further info are not working

While I was browsing Askgamblers site to see what new casinos has been added I saw Gudar casino has popped in. I know they come from the same group of casino with Pokernox casino where I had nice experience, so they are owed by the same Mirage Corporation NV Casinos which they have a few more sister casinos.

I took a look of their welcome bonuses and read their T&C and a bit weird as their bonuses warry, well depends what bonus you'll choose they can warie from X 10 to up to X 60 ? Ok I see their welcome bonus is 100% an average one and it has X 40 wagering but when I saw that the bonus needs to be wagered but the deposit as well, not that friendly bonus.

They are maybe a bit better than their sister casinos when it comes to maximum monthly withdraw which is 15.000 EUR/$ per month but still don't like their maximum withdraw. As I mentioned before, what happens if a player hit something bigger, how long it will take till the player withdraw all the balance? probably months ahead if not years..and that's a fact that all players will dislike, especially the high rollers. I for one, I am one of the low rollers so maybe that term won't affect me that much, but other would do.

Better be careful when claiming a bonus at this casino because, while playing with a bonus the maximum you can bet is 4EUR/$ or any winnings will be voided. As I know 90% of casinos has 5 eur/$ max bet but this guys has a bit lower. They are running some no deposit offer of 20 free spins which of course was used by me, tried to play for a while but nothing special so I can brag about it. I might give them a try but only without a bonus.
