-Good amount of slots but a few of my favorite slots aren't on there.

Being a member of the grovesnor casino you get points for using there online casino which can then be used either online or in shop.

They have a large amount of well known casino games.

The website is in a major need of repair, they seem to have lots of lagging issues and some games on iOS devices hardly load at all.

The only thing I like is the good selection of slot games they offer. The customer support is dreadful.

The promotions are bad and the rewards for playing are dreadful. You earn 1 miserly point for every £10 spent and you cannot convert the points into money until you have 100 points - which equals £1 Withdrawing any money (if you are ever lucky enough to win) is a nightmare. I have been waiting for over 40 hours now for my winnings to be taken out of the pending queue! Customer support is a disgrace - unable to get through on the telephone, no response from the "live chat" and no response to my emails. The site often has technical problems too. I will be giving this company a wide birth from now on.

The only thing the site has going for it is the wide range of sports selections some other websites do not cover.

Sluggish, heavy and clearly outraged mobile and desktop website.

Complaint emails do not get answered despite sending multiple times over the 24 hour time frame they declare.

Live chat staff are ignorant, course and can only copy and paste from their terms and conditions then when challenged regarding a certain option they disconnect the chat.

Don't waste time signing up online and just go elsewhere.

The fact that they are an identifiable trustworthy land based operation gives the site some gravitas over other casinos.

Played for a few hours after signup and actioned a withdrawal 20 hours ago for around £1000.

I will reserve my judgement pending the way that they deal with my withdrawal. Even after nearly 24 hours it is still listed as pending.

Decent range of old fashioned traditional slots, UK based customer service, reassurance they are apart of a large bingo/casino group.

Made so many deposits and not a single win, range of games are pretty old hat now, site had many technical problems especially when using a Mac device, registered via Quidco which offered £10 cashback for signing up lost around £700 on Grosvenor Casino yet they had the cheek to decline my £10 cashback on Quidco even though I followed all the terms and conditions so for that reason I immediately closed my Grosvenor and Mecca Bingo accounts so due to their dishonesty and lies they've lost thousands from me so enjoy ya £10!

The website has been having problems all week! Games slow to load and then they appear in a very very small box so you cannot see what you are wagering, what you are winning or what you actual balance is! They don't seem to be playing very well either. Why would you take money from customers knowing full well that the website has problems?

Asked customer services and they showed no empathy, just told me they are aware of the problem and hope to have it rectified soon! Not good enough Grosvenor - clients should be made aware of the problems before they deposit!

Payouts used to be fast and customer service is friendly.

1. They now have the reverse withdrawal option - this is really bad for problem gamblers.

2. Their promotions appear very good value but they very rarely publish a winners list, leading me to doubt that players are paid accordingly - how do we know who has won 1st or 2nd place?

3. They use software from "realistic games", notably blackjack and Blackjack perfect pairs. Just see casinomeister for more details on previous issues with this software.

4. This one is more personal and may just be bad luck - after approximately 40000 spins on Cleopatra plus, only 1 semi big hit. Never seen 5 Cleopatras in a row. Had approximately 12000 followers for anyone who knows this game. May just be variance though.

Grosvenor is a name I know more for their excellent land based casinos than their on-line offering, but I do still like to play here on occasion - usually a snap response to receiving yet another free bonus, something they haven't been doing as much of recently but when I do pick up a free voucher code from them it almost always comes with just 1x wagering, meaning there's absolutely no reason not to take them up on the offer. I always appreciate the IGT table games when I play at this casino as they are quite hard to find in my experience. In particular the lucky streak blackjack is often very kind to me as is the video poker, although I'd like to see a few more machines - there's no Double Double Bonus for example, and many of the machines they do have lack a double up option sadly. Grosvenor may not offer tonnes of bonuses but the big plus side is you don't have to send documents and wait days for them to accept them or be told the documents are not sufficient etc (delaying tactics hoping you reverse your winnings), in fact there is no reverse option - if you win you cash out and its always back on my card in 48 hours. Very trustworthy casino with fast no nonsense payments back to you should you win.

If you're into live casinos then this is the best place to play. If you're not overly excited about live casinos, you can find a better place.

As for the games, the selection is quite small relative to what other casinos offer now. They have mainly IGT/Wagerworks games only. I like many of the slots on offer, but have found the table games to be particularly brutal, especially the blackjack. Grosvenor casinos is probably a completely unknown quantity to everyone unless you live near one of the seaside towns like Brighton where they have casinos.Its the same company that runs Meccas Bingos that are all over the country and they generally quite secure.

They offer fairly decent bonuses for the small gambler. I understand they also give you extra if you sign up to their club cards at their casinos, but I am not a member. However the do give you a decent deposit bonus that needs only a 5x play through which is the lowest I've seen. You only get 20 GBP but its a start.

You do not get as many games as other casinos. It seems to be a mix of Playtech and other slots thrown in. You get a live casino, the normal Playtech table and card games with a few games like monopoly thrown in. Whats really nice about the games is that you can play with a 1p stake - yep just 1p, so you can really drill your tactics and test out the casino.
