Avoiding withdrawal

Withdrawal made on 27 February. Support chat team said withdrawal was released on 3 March. Support chat said swift bank transfer withdrawal timeframe 6 to 10 business days casino terms and conditions swift bank transfer typically 24 hours up to 3 business days. On 14 March received an email from the rewards payments team saying that they required an additional form of ID either birth certificate or passport. Casino already holds copy of drivers license to bank accounts to debit cards and a utilities bill. On the 16th received an email from the payments team saying that they require a second form of government ID stating my full legal name and my nationality as this is not on my drivers license. The withdraw as for $1500 500 of that originally being a $2000 withdrawal that they hadn’t processed and I was reversing $100 lots. They have charged me a $50 withdrawal fee and I also received an email on the third saying congratulations to withdraw has been approved.

I played at the Grand Mondial casino, and I made a withdrawal request. The amount is 760 Euros. The casino didn't withdraw my winnings because they asked me to verify my identity. I sent them my ID and proof of address. The proof of address was approved, but they rejected my ID because it was not in English. This is absurd, because I am from Kazakhstan, and we do not issue identity cards in English. I explained to them in the support chat that my document has my name in English on the back, and that if they accept players from my country, they must be able to read the documents. Or then not to accept players from countries whose documents they cannot confirm.

I sincerely hope for your help in this matter, because I believe that the casino just wants to take my money from me. Please help me.

The casino stole my 370 euros

Hello. I sincerely hope for your help. I played at the Grand Mondial casino and requested a withdrawal of my funds to my skrill wallet in the amount of 370 euros on May 29, 2023. Accordingly, I received a letter from them that they received my request and that I will receive my funds in 2 banking days.

Yesterday was June 1, and all those days were working days, but I didn't get my money. Instead, I received a letter from them requesting my documents. Of course, I sent all my documents right away, and logged into my account to see what happened to my withdrawal request. I saw that my money is not in my account. It just doesn't even have a request history. I was surprised and wrote to their support in chat. At first the bot in the chat said that my request for withdrawal of funds in the amount of 370 euros has already been processed and sent.

But they didn't help me in the chat. When I asked where my money went, they told me to write to the service that requires documents. Following the documents, I wrote a letter to their service, asking where the money from my account went. But there is no answer from them.

So I think this company just ripped me off and now ignores me without giving any answers about it. I will send you screenshots as proof of the correctness of my words. Here you will see that I really requested payment, and that there is no information about this money in my account. The money is gone. Support is silent...

Stole funds of 560e

Good day. I am filing this complaint with the hope of your help. Grand Mondial Casino has stolen my funds from my account and is ignoring me. I registered with them and played games, on April 13 I requested a withdrawal, they wrote that they received my withdrawal request and that I will receive the funds in two banking days. However, after two banking days, I have not received the funds. so I logged into my account to check what happened. I saw that there are no funds in my account, and they are not reflected in my withdrawal history. They also do not appear in any transactions. I asked in the support chat why this is happening and where are my funds. They told me that they have the funds, and they will send them to me immediately after I pass the inspection of the KYC. ok I agreed and sent them all the documents they asked for, the next day I got a notification that my KYC process was successfully completed and my account is now verified. But I did not receive the funds again. They asked me to wait two more banking days, I waited 4 days, but again I did not receive the funds. I went back to chat to find out why I still haven't received my funds, but was told to write this question to their email and that the team would get back to me. I wrote two letters with a frequency of several days, I did not receive a reply to any of my letters. Every time I go to the support chat to find out where my funds are and why there is no trace of these funds in my account, they just ignore me and say they can't help. I asked them to give me the contacts of the company that regulates their activities, but they did not give me an answer to this question either. I am asking you to help me figure out where my funds are and why the Grand Mondial so rudely stole them from me, hiding the traces of my money in my account. I send you a screenshot that shows that I actually issued a withdrawal request 560 euros, and a screenshot that shows in my account that these funds were never there.

Not quite fair with my $1,500 payment

I tried withdrawing $1500, waited the waiting period and all. I sent in all the proper documents and was told the money was sent. When they said they had sent the money I showed them screenshots of my bank statement proving I did not receive anything. They proceeded to tell me the payment didn’t do through and that it went back into my account. Now I am trying to re-withdraw and they are no longer allowing it because I have .78$ of bonus play. In order to spend that .78$ I must first lose the entire 1500$. I put all my bank info correctly and rechecked it too.

i signed up for grand mondial casino because of the great no deposit offer in which i won £100 but i had to make a deposit to access that money so i deposited £20 i then was told i couldn't withdraw that £100 i had to wager £3000 before i could withdraw any money which i think is a massive rid off on its own but they don't stop there. so i start playing with my £120 and after 2 spins i get it up too £150 which i thought wasn't bad but then on a £3 stake my £150 soon disappeared and i was let with £0.24 after 15 minutes of playing dont fall for there bonus and think its good its nothing but a scam..

Unfair Blackjack Dealer

I recently signed up at Bet365.com and Grandmondial.com and some other sites wher i play only Blackjack. I noticed one thing particularly at Grandmondial.

As long as u r betting less (example 1 to 5$) the system lets u win a fair share of games. But when u bet bigger amounts like 10$ to 50$ u can end up losing like 7 to 8 games in a row with the dealer sometimes dealing himself the miraculous 21's from even a hole card 6!!!

While i understand that a losing streak is very much part of the game what happened to me is something different. I also continuously lost when i Doubled down on totals like Hard 11 with the dealer dealing me an Ace to make my total a Hard 12.

This has happened too many times and is not acceptable. And yes, this happens when u bet high.

One thing i have learnt is that the higher u bet less is ur chance of winning! there is something fishy going on.

If anyone thinks I am wrong is blaming the Casino I would definitely like to have ur view.

There is nothing good about a fraudulent scam site so this is all I have to say about this scam

Ok so let see. You get 150 free spins, which is actually $37.75 that they give you for paying $10. Now you cannot cash anything out, including the money you put in until you bet 60 times what they gave you for free. Simple math 37.75 * 60 = 2265. Correct me if I’m wrong. Now that’s $2265 that you have to bet before you can take out Anything, including what you put in. Hmmm... yup just a take your money scam. Don’t put a dime in. You would have to win a jackpot in order to simply collect any money you invested and nobody, I repeat nobody, is giving money away for free. Want my advice? Save yourself 10 bucks.

Lost some thousands € at other Casino Rewards casinos in 2012 and 2015.
Then I signed up with Grand Mondial on 29 May 2018 and had my account verified during the summer. Lost another €4,000 up until this month, but then my luck finally turned!

From €32 worth of free VIP comp points, I managed to wager through (amongst other wins getting a full screen of Wilds during free spins with €1 bet - x1500 - at Showdown Saloon slot) on 10 and 11 December. Balance at this time was about €2,800. After a good run of blackjack hands (Microgaming software and Evolution live) I requested a withdrawal of €12,000 late at evening 11 December, and was asked to to send more documents early morning 12 December. Sent the documents early morning 13 December. They got verified within an hour, and the withdrawal hit my Skrill account late in the evening same day.

Absolutely no reason not to play at this casino group if you like Microgaming like me, as long as you stick to their relatively strict bonus rules.
I will feel very comfortable to stake even higher bets here in the future.

I made an initial deposit of $25 cash in my account, payment made through a credit card and received a $50 bonus to my account. Before I could withdraw any funds from my account, the bonus needed to be brought down to zero by placing bets. The minimum play through requirement is 60 times of my bonus balance. In my case, I have to place bets to the minimum amount of $3000 before I can withdraw any funds from my account. If I have used up all my bonus funds and any winnings received in placing my bets and I have not met the minimum play through requirement, I have to load up my account with more cash and place more bets. My account balance will be adjusted due to the nature of winning and loosing as I place bets. Wins are credits to my bonus account and losses are deductions from my bonus account. This cycle continues until you exhaust your funds in your account and then reload cash. You must keep in mind the 60 times bonus balance requirement that has to be met before any withdrawls can be made. How much are you willing to risk, rinse and repeat until you meet the 60 times bonus balance requirement before you can withdraw any money from your account assuming there is anything left?

Gambling is an addiction, so be wise with how you utilize your resources and be wary about all those bold claims that other players make that they have made so many thousands and millions with Casino Mondial or for that matter with any other online casino. They may have horseshoes and luck could be on their side or they just might be paid to provide that bold claim of winning. Do you question who really audits those winnings made from Casino Mondial?

I asked Casino Mondial’s Casino Rewards customer service about this and they told me it is a privacy issue and so they don’t disclose winners and how much they win. I can understand and respect that, however that is not what I asked of them. I asked who actually audits the winnings paid out by Casino Mondial and I was not singling out any lucky winner. This was a general question that they were not willing to respond to.

I also asked Casino Mondial’s Casino Rewards customer service about the 60 times bonus balance requirement that had to be met before any withdrawls can be made from a player’s account. They indicated to me that when you create an account with Casino Mondial, you agree to their terms and conditions and there is a box to checkmark before your account can be opened. I asked about the lack of clarity and transparency regarding the requirement to withdraw and they told me this is not something that they need to highlight and draw to the attention of the public. I was told that “It is a player’s responsibility to be aware of the terms and conditions and the rules of the casino”

Gambling is a zero sum game and the “house” always “wins” no matter what bold claims they put out regarding tipping and adjusting the odds in favour of their players. If this statement is really true, these Online Gambling Houses would be bankrupt and would cease to operate.

I strongly believe that Casino Mondial’s online gaming business is “rigged” as in all Casino’s.

Grand Mondial is yet another casino with Microgaming software that is a part of Casino Rewards Group casinos. I really like them all, some more than others, but I have never faced any problems with this group casinos and although they sometimes have old appearance in the lobby designs and lack of promotions, I always feel safe to play there and I know support will care about my needs.

First thing I did was downloaded their software. They do have instant play and mobile as well, but when it comes to Casino Rewards casinos, it's easier for me to play on download.After registering I contacted live chat and asked about their promotions and I was told that for a deposit of 20€ or more I will receive 20€ bonus with 30 x bonus wagering. I was offered a free play bonus, but I am not a fan of those, so I was more in this offer of 20€ bonus, as I wanted to spend some quality time with Immortal Romance and chase some win. I made a 30€ deposit and within 15 minutes received 20€ bonus.

I went to my dear Immortal Romance and started to play with 0.60€ bets. I think the game was in an awful mood because I lost 30€ within 15 minutes of playing. I had one free spin round but almost all spins were empty and I won only 2 euros. Then I decided to change my plan and play Game of Thrones. I played with 0.30€ bets for the rest of my session, but it wasn't very long because all I could get was 2 scatters and maximum 10 x bet winnings rarely, so my funds were gone soon.

Overall I had a good time at Grand Mondial casino and I would recommend them to other players. I would like to suggest them to improve their bonuses because the variety for them now isn't wide. Game selection was very pleasing , support was easy to contact, very friendly and professional, but it's not a surprise. Except for promotions, there's nothing I would change about them.

Nothing do not touch this Casino. I had 100 bonus and had to wager £3000 but I didn't mind that. So I played and got lucky got my money up to £1600 anyway. I kept playing as it wouldn't let me cash out so wagered more till I had 850 pound. Went to banking and yes I could withdraw it all. It then sat in pending for 3 days and I then get told by the casino that my account is closed and they will not be paying me out! Don't worry I'm going to fight this with everything I can. But please avoid this Casino don't let this happen to you. They don't like anyone winning!

Everything the sly underhand tactics you try to stop me claiming my money. I wagered everything I had too and instead of paying me you take the funds and close the account! Grand Mondial Casino is another casino that I have tried that is a member of the Casino Rewards Group and that is solely powered by Microgaming software. So I loaded their site which looks similar to all others in this group but this one looked so much fancier. The first thing that I saw was the 1 hour freeplay with 2500$ where basically you will play games and if you are lucky enough you get to keep the winnings at the end. 100$ is the maximum amount that you can get to keep plus after that you will have to make a 20$ and meet the WR of 30x so you can be eligible for asking for a withdrawal.

So I thought why not give it a try. I played for about 40 minutes and as I started to lose really badly I just gave up and made a regular 20$ deposit. So I started playing Red Hot Devil where in the first 5 minutes I managed to get 2 five of a kind that granted in total 30$. So I kept playing for another 15 minutes but I just wasn't lucky enough so I backed off while I was ahead and choose another slot. With a total balance of 37$ I choose Gold Factory and I started playing it. After a cold start I finally triggered the bonus where I had to choose 4 chambers. All of the chambers were money prizes that boosted my balance so I continued playing and not much after I triggered it again. This time I had 3 money prizes and I managed to get 10 FS that after it all finished boosted my balance to 90$.
