As yet another casino that's popped up using Top Game software, Gold Vegas Casino proves that they certainly aren't far behind on the online gambling industry's biggest trends. Not only are they making use of one of the most up and coming software providers for Online Casinos, they also have amazing Customer Support, a bevy of Promotions to entice players new and old, and a website that is attractive and really leaves nothing to the imagination, so players don't have to look far for the information that they require.
Customer Support
The Customer Support at Gold Vegas Casino couldn't be more helpful. Not only are representatives available around the clock, but there are also a variety of options that they can be contacted by. There are toll free phone numbers for players in the US, Canada and Australia, or email, fax and Live Chat options. Players who use the Live Chat option can be promised near immediate results from well-informed operators who can do anything from provide recommendations on the top Casino Games, to verifying account balances, troubleshooting technical problems and more. All chat operators have complete access to every player's casino account and history so that they can provide the best level of support possible, while being well-informed about their players. At Gold Vegas Casino the Live Chat is available after the software has been downloaded only, so those that encounter problems before they have been able to complete the download and registration process must use on of the other methods of communication to contact the casino for help.
Software
Top Game Casinos is a name that's been popping up everywhere lately. It may not be as well-known to casino players as other software providers like Rival Gaming or Real Time Gaming, but they do seem to be up and coming, and the trendiest software being adopted by all new casino operators. While the game variety developed by Top Game software as rather limited today, they do promise that they're constantly developing new games to make sure that their players feel that the casinos that they work with live up to the competition. So, whether or not you're satisfied with the game variety at Top Game casinos today, there's no doubting that they'll get there soon, giving their leading competitors a serious run for their money.
Game Variety
Games at Gold Vegas are available by download only, although there is an option to view the games for an introduction to the casino right on their website. Because Top Game Software is a newer provider on the market, one bonus at playing at a casino like this is that it's unlikely that players have come across the same games with the styles and themes as offered at this casino. Currently, Gold Vegas Casino offers over 40 different titles, and that is constantly growing as Top Game software expands their game variety. Gold Vegas Casino has multi-hand Blackjack, a great variety of Video Slots and Video Poker as well as Keno and Roulette. Minimum bets at this casino start at 5c on the Slots and Video Poker, but this is definitely not a casino for the big spenders since maximum bets per hand are only $100 at Blackjack and Roulette.
