Page 26 – Player Reviews for FortuneJack Casino

FortuneJack is just plain awesome! They have the largest selection of cryptocurrencies I’ve ever seen, and their customer service never lets you down. I’m on here almost every day either to relieve the stress of the day or to just kick back and enjoy some casino time. It’s also got the widest array of games I’ve ever come across in the online gaming market with virtual and real casino games. One of the biggest advantages I can find is how fast the withdraws are. Usually, an online platform takes a stupid long amount of time to get you your money, but that’s not the case here. Thanks to the cryptocurrency style of the platform, your money gets to you faster than ever before. I’ll definitely be a loyal virtual patron of FortuneJack for a long time to come. Do yourself a favor and spin the wheel on this top-notch online casino!

Bonus baby bonus!!!
With the crazy amount of options available online nowadays, it’s hard to figure out where you want to put your money. When I was looking around, I wanted a casino that would deal in bitcoin, cared about the players, and gave me a benefit of choosing them to be my online casino of choice. Not only does FortuneJack have a great crypto system for deposit and withdraw that takes way more than just bitcoin, they are constantly handing out amazing bonuses to their loyal players for a variety of different reasons! I never am disappointed when I’m logged on and enjoying the sights and sounds of this great platform. Getting your money out is fast and friendly, Lili does a great job of making sure the players are happy, and there is real incentive in choosing them as your go to online play site!

I like the games and the cash outs and deposits are very fast.
Any issue I have ever had here are always quickly resolved, the live support is great.

Huge selection of games.
Fast Withdrawals.
Customer support is excellent, they are really fast and helpful, especially Scarlet.

Hi Dave, thank you for that offer I'm not sure how to reach out to you. I just guess I found it disappointing and that I couldn't redeem any of my winnings after I made the playthrough. I Just think the terms should be made loud and clear before people waste their time trying. Because I dont have the funds right now to be able to redeem my winnings, 200 dollars when the max cash out from bonus is only 200 dollars, is a lot for me to risk.but I can delete my review since it is based off of opinion for the most part.
thank you

Hey players, bet you didnt know that those 25 free spins with registration come with a hefty catch.
Even after you make the wager, you wont be able to have any winnings till you deposit .05 btc, but any other no deposit bonus of theirs only requires .005 btc.

Funny how they do that huh? Just wanted to share the knowledge, before you waste your time.

.05 in btc is $ 200 dollars when btc is $4000, so when it was at its steady average value of $6000 for the last year..
.05 btc would be about $350 dollars .. roughly guessing.

Wish I could give more stars. Fun Games and a lot of them. Fast Withdrawals Excellent customer service Not sure all the bad reviews are for. No reason for it. Its probably people who try to cheat and get caught. Can't recommend these guys enough. FortuneJack you rock!!!

Sometimes withdrawals are delayed for standard security checks. But I don't dislike this. I actually encourage it . Nobody like cheaters. If you need it rushed customer service is more than willing to assist you and help you out.

very fast cash outs
play with a lot of different crypto currencies
a lot of different slots and table games ( also live ) to choose from
the customer support is really fast and willing to help any time

I actually won a nice amount here and never had the idea i couldn't win more !

in my opinion a really fair online casino

Easy to understand layout of the lobby, great graphics on the slots

My complaint is with the withdrawal delays that occur on this site. After reading the other comments (something I wish i had done before depositing) I am concerned that this is a bigger issue. The support staff replies feel as if they are stalling me and hoping I will just go away- NOT HAPPENING

update:My previous matter has now been resolved and I thank you for your assistance.
losing money, but that's not your fault- more an issue at my end

Huge selection of games that load fast and didnt recieve any errors while playing

As a gambler who likes to play for short bursts at different casinos. Be very careful of Fortune Jack, My 20 eth withdrawal has been "Pending" for 3 days. Each time I contact support I get a different answer ranging from "Technical Issues" to being "Short Staffed" and being provided varying time frames on when my withdrawal will be processed. ranging from 7 hours to another 24 hours to wait. I still do not have my withdrawal and I was only able to play for 2 hours :(

Fortune Jack used to be my Go-to casino. The reason I stopped is because they don't have a mobile site. It was suppose to be ready by the end of summer?? What's going on with this mobile site FortuneJack? It should have been ready with the New version of the desktop site.

I am seeing a lot of reviews about players withdrawals getting severely delayed. Not sure what's going on with these guys, they were know for having the fastest withdrawal times before the re-design. Hopefully they can get back on track, Fortunejack was my favorite casino up until a couple months ago. I have been playing here since 2015.

There transparency with the players has and still is lacking severely. They should implement a message bored so they can inform players of any issues that arise.

Fast payout bad customer service always have to wait long time for help

I have been waiting forever to get a response from LILY! She is extremely slow at responding, I was playing slot game when the free spins was starting game gave me an error message. I still don't know if I will get my free spins because no one has helped me!!

Good selection of games.
Decent layout.
Live chat is pretty quick.

Withdraw wasn't working for a long time and I had to contact support to figure out something was wrong there wasn't a message saying the withdraw was down anywhere and when I tried to withdraw it didn't queue my funds until it worked again. In the mean time I kept playing waiting for the withdraw to work and I lost everything. If you're the type of person who tries to cash out a bit if you made profit cause you tent to keep playing I'd be skeptical of using this site not sure how offten the withdraw goes down but I lost money cause of it this time.

Live chat support is fantastic.
Lily who helped me today was amazing she is a true professional and industry veteran who always is on point in providing great customer service. Payouts are instant and overall this is best online bitcoin casino

Live game selection should include better options and more currencies would be nice

Nice layout and interface. Easy to navigate and weekly tournaments to win money

Withdrawals was indeed within minutes the first time. Now I've been waiting for hours already and have spoken to the support yet still I'm waiting. Worst part was having to lose money and still have to wait for this nonsense.

Provably fair payout. You loose you win. Nice choice of games. Live chat is there.

sometimes the games doesnt load anymore, even if you have played it before. Payout was quick the first couple times. Than it took a little longer and after talking in live chat i received it. Next withdraw after that is still processing at the moment. So always gives you a feeling they wont pay.

The payouts are fast, a matter of minutes. Nice layout, easy to navigate.

Players from USA are only allowed to play slots with 2 providers. This limits the amount of games, since there are many providers on this site. Many tournaments are based on playing slots from certain providers. Very often USA players are excluded. The bonus has a high wager of 40x. The loyalty program restarts if you don't constantly feed a lot of money to the casino.

I increased my review to 7 out of 10. I still say that I like the games. I am not sure how to change a review, but my original 1-star review was changed. The site did add 50-free spins to my account. I still like the games and the cashouts and deposits are very fast.

I had some difficulties getting free spins from a bonus. The side did eventually credit some free spins to my account. The downside is that it took some time to resolve this issue. I was also told by the customer service to contact them BEFORE I use the bonuses that they add to my account. However, this seems counter-intuitive.

I still like the game selection here, & they do still issue the cashouts in a timely fashion. They aren't a scam site. However they have lost my respect completely, I have spoken very highly of this casino right here in fact. However, since they changed the site with the makeover and redid the bonus program unless you are a VERY HIGH ROLLER, I highly recommend you go elsewhere to gamble.

I have played here for over 3 years now & at one point I was finally treated properly for my extensive deposits which now equal over $150,000 USD in those 3 years of play here, just since the new depositing addresses were issued I have deposited over $50,000. Here is my deposit addy for proof if you would like to see...

They issued me 10% cashback every week on my lost deposits for the previous week, as well as issued a decent sized bonus influx each week upon my request between 10-50 mbtc bonus funds (with playthrough of course) but nice to get each week I felt appreciated, the VIP host even responded to my emails with a quickness. That has all gone straight out the window, & not only have I been reset to the "Bronze Status" which is the beginners level and offers hopelessly lame bonuses that nobody would ever want nor even benefit from, I have yet to get a response to any of emails from any VIP host, since clearly my years of loyal deposits have now gone totally unappreciated I literally helped build this site and the people who profit from it yet I am truly a "nobody" to these folks these days.

I have found that Mbit casino has picked up the slack though and always has free spins, and cash back bonus funds for me these days. Unless you plan to dump thousands daily into this site, I recommend steering clear of Fortune Jack and their new very sad "bonus Program" if you can even call it that. The level ups in the new program are an impossible feat unless you have A LOT OF BTC to burn here, I mean a lot, Trust me I am a huge regular depositing online gambler, & I know when a site is treating the most loyal players right and these guys just aren't doing it anymore.

Fortunejack is my favorite casino. Any issue I have ever had here are always quickly resolved, the live support is great. All my withdrawals I have received very timely regardless of the amount, the largest being $4500 which I got within 20 minutes. Yeah I know you can't always win but when I do I have always been paid. I love the dice game here as well and the wide variety of blackjack games they offer.

I have played here a bit over 7 months now and cannot find anything I dislike about the site

- Great casino
- Newly redesigned makeover although needs to be tweaked on a few things
- Great game selection
- Fast withdrawals

FortuneJack, what's going on with still being no mobile site? Is there going to be one? You desperately need to bring it back as for me I really only ever play on my phone and the desktop version does not work well on mobile plus half the slots don't load. It's been forcing me to play at other casinos.
- There has also been a couple occasions where I'm playing dice on my phone in the desktop version and when I hit the 2x button it's thinks I'm hitting "Max Bet" and I ended up losing my whole bank. One of those times I lost 0.15 LTC and another time was there faucet claim of 523 satoshis and built it to 0.0011. Granted it's only $7 but I worked hard to get it there and then it was gone.
- There needs to be a "Max Bet" Confirmation to avoid issues like this. These are amateur tactics and I thought FortuneJack Wasn't a Amateur Casino.

Lily, from support, always answers my questions in an efficient and precise (as possible) manner. They have always paid me quickly via ETH and LTC (I havent done many BTC transactions). This morning I deposited almost 7 ETH and won over 15 ETH!! I have requested a withdraw for half (11 ETH) and will be playing dice w the rest - Maruaders80

FortuneJack is the best! The only casino where I actually win money and never had the problem with receiving my funds. Can't say I have not experienced any problems (which is common for every online casino) but support is always there to provide immediate help and I always trust them.

Withdrawals got a bit slow lately but that is not some major issue and I hope they will speed them up again soon.

Didn't expect online casinos to work...
Deposit was no problem
Withdrawal was actually FASTER than the deposit.
Great customer support..
Overall awesome service

Gambling is fun

FortuneJack Casino is one of the best online casino I have ever seen. This casinos chat options you must like and there is a very good deposit options, you got many options there. It is very fast and smooth. One of the most important things is live chat is very reliable. Web page design is so good. I think there is nothing to dislike for players.

Just nothing to say, I hope you enjoy it very much than others.

Fortunejack Casino is a complete online casino site that brings some of the best slots, live dealer action and table games right into your home or palm of your hand. Fortunejack also has a very successful sports betting entity that is equally impressive. They offer are divided into three categories: Games, Slot Games, and Dice. The quality of their non-slot casino style games was extremely high and definitely needs to be brought to your attention. If you're a roulette, video poker, or blackjack player, you're really going to love this site.

I like this Fortune Jack Casino very much because of various types of benefit, and fortune casinos website layout is very good and very thing is understandable. Deposit Methods is very good. Its Withdrawal Method is also fine.Over all i love this casino.

I think there is nothing to bad report to say about this casino.

Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, Monero, ETH, Bitcoin Cash is its Deposit Methods. Live chat is very active. I like their service very much.Players will enjoy convenient banking options using AUD currency which include credit cards, Bitcoin and alternative banking methods and 24/7 freindly customer support.

I did not find any reason to say that fortuneJack Casino would be bad. I like every thing about the FortuneJack Casino.

A lot of cryptocurrency to choose from when depositing.
Some good slot providers

Customer service not very professional: don't show any loyalty or give cashback/bonus/free spins or something
Live chat not always available
Common slot errors
Missing the big slots providers as Netent, Elk, Thunderkick, WMS.
Site layout is weak (such as the small fonts on the account page)
No credit amounts visible in Euro currency
Looks like a lot of fake positive reviews here (members with only 1 review)

FortuneJack is one of the best casino. I really like FortuneJack.I had a great time at FortineJack the machine is great the front desk is great and they really treat u well. FortuneJack is a provably fair casino offering cryptocurrency gaming. Good selection of unique slot and scratch games. I like their services like features a proprietary mix of casino games and other betting options, offers many leading Novomatic, Igrosoft, and Aristocrat slots, provides anonymity and security through bitcoin banking
Secured with SSL encryption
I would recommend to anyone.

I could not found any dislike because I am fully satisfied FortuneJack casino.

It is plain and simple. Been playing here since 2013 and never had any problems, I've also been able to withdraw a decent amount from my wallet there.

Nothing really, I guess the x2 turn over requirement for deposits since sometimes you just want to deposit and roll a few times and withdraw.
