I signed up to Flush several days ago and deposited usd 2000. I proceeded to gamble on NBA and placed about 4 bets. My ending balance was 2520. The next day (before attempting to sign back into the website) I receive an email from them requesting kyc document which I sent them. A few hours later I tried to log into my account and I was unable to, with a message saying that I can't access my account. I proceeded to speak with support who first said that they don't know why that is and I should email their support team. I proceeded to inquire further with the chat agent and I was then told that my account was suspended. When I asked why, they said my account was in violation of their terms, specifically AB betting (which is apparently arbitrage betting). I did not engage in this type of gambling and despite asking them to show how I apparently did, or show some sort of proof of their claim, they refuse to comment or communicate further.

Not only have they violated my privacy by asking for kyc documents under false pretense, but they have also stolen my money under false pretense without providing any sort of reasoning to back up their claim.

I have just started playing at flush casino. They enormous game selection available is almost hard to believe. and when I signed up i and made my first deposit i put in some information incorrect. Customer service replied to my message promptly, and fixed the issue , even though they had no obligation to do so. Showed me they have loyalty to customers that it seems the majority of sites are not concerned with.

Do not play here. they have a withdraw limit of 2.5k per week/5k per week/10k per month.
The rewards are terrible. You can wager $100k and not get anything out of it even at the lowest level. other sites give you thousands of dollars in rewards for play or cash out.

In other words if you hit a $5400 jackpot on a $2 spin (yes it can happen I've done it) and you want to cash out, you will have to wait a month just to get your money. if the funds are in ethereum or litecoin and the market drops 25% then there goes your money. very sketchy business and will not play here again.
They have no limit on how much you can deposit but limit you when withdrawing. holding your funds hostage is not a good way of doing business.

It's legit. My first time using it I put $60 in Litecoin in and hit a 100x bonus on my third $12.50 spin and got $8950, along with a $1100 bonus on a $5 spin game. I was able to only cash out $2000 a day in Litecoin.
