ATTENTION! I can only advise against Expekt!
Its a really bad bookmaker/casino!

On my first deposit I claimed the 100% bonus.
The bonus was credited separately from the real money on the account.
When you play a slot with bonus, the balance changes back and forth between real money and bonus money after each spin. You get totally confused... I've never seen such a strange Bonus before....
Few days ago, i received an email again for a 10% cashback bonus from Expekt and have signed up for it. After that i made some deposits (total of 250€) but i had no luck and coulnt win anything.
On the next day i wanted claim my cashback (25€)... but I didnt get the bonus. The support tell me that I allegedly didnt sign up for the promotion. But I'm 100% sure I did!!
The support could not really help me also. He didnt believe, that I signed up for the bonus...

But I know the problem was at Expekt and not at me!
Either there was an error on the page/server, or it was just an excuse not to give some players their cashback bonus.

If Expekt would be a good casino, the support have could given me the Cashback manually yet.
But now I think, they only are scammers.
If I'll not hear anything news from support in the next days, I'll close my Expekt account.

So I hope you will not make the same mistake like me!!
Dont deposit and play there.
There are so much other bookmaker/casinos which are better than Expekt.

They dont have customers service at all. Three times my winnings havent been credited my account resulting me wait for weeks for techsupport to figure it out. No compensation was made on any of the three events. Not a trustworthy online casino.

Good site with visa for withdrawal which I see as a good sign. No glitches and a smooth experience as well.

Bad cutomer service. Definately bots and cheap AI at that. Every casino needs real people as there are so many possible problems that can happen.

Live chat is either a bot or just unresponsive. I need much more from a casino than they offer at Expekt. They used to be great about 2 years ago but this is not a casino that I trust with my cash.

When I first joined Expekt, I deposited 100SEK but never got my bonus credited and after some mails they never replied. After a while I came back and saw they had live chat (1 year later) and addressed them the issue. We came to an agreement if I would make a 100SEK deposit I could get the 500% bonus as promised and I got it. I need to give them kudos for that!

Document verifying went superfast, so fast that after 2 minutes it got verified. I was in the live chat at the moment of uploading the documents. The support agents are very helpful and kind and will sort anything out.

They have good arrange of slots, from BTG to WMS. Makes me going to around stay here especially for the Bonanza. :D

The only thing that I did not test yet is the withdrawal but let's hope for that soon.

Expekt provide a nice comical effect and look using Ruud Gullit as their poster boy. Both Ruud Gullit and Expekt had their glory days late 1990s and in the early 2000s.

Expekt has no competence in service, betting or how transactions should work.

I have been met with mad and angry agents in the chat, which seems to have little or no interest in helping me with my deposit.

I have send in all documentations on who I am; Driver License, Address documentation, bank card, letters etc. Think I have uploaded approximately 15 different photos.

I would recommend everyone who like their money to stay away, they are slow and try to trick you with their slow and poor service!

I first learned about Expekt casino a year ago when I was searching a casino to play after the recent capital control enforce we had in Greece so we could not deposit to foreign licensed casinos with paysafe card or debit cards. Expect had two very serious advantages, first of all they have greek gaming license from the Greek government so I can play legit here and second I could use all deposit options I have. One odd think is that the Expekt casino which operates in Europe is owned by Betclick group but in Greece is operated by Magic Services Ltd.

When I first visited the site I saw that they had many slots providers including my favorites NetEnt, Microgaming and WMS. I was especially happy about the WMS slots since I was playing a lot of Raging Rhino then, chasing a very big win to it. Also the casino had many promotions and depositing bonuses which you could claim them almost every day of the week, which is a big plus for me since I like playing with depositing bonuses since I do not deposit big amounts usually. Also most of the bonuses have a good wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount.

Unfortunately there were many negatives about this casino. The slots were many times laggy and unplayable or even not opening. Also the bonuses many times were not given automatically when you entered the bonus codes but you had to ask them from the live chat to give them manually. This would be fine if you could find the live chat working since it could be closed for over 2 days and the email support was very slow. So many times I deposited here, I played the balance I had deposited and the bonus would be in my account in one or two days.

Of course I could not continue to play here for a long time under these circumstances. At least I had the huge win I was chasing on Raging Rhino.

How they keep denying my withdrawals to my deposit source. Their customer service on the chat is helpless. They provide absolutely no support or knowledge. The entire withdrawal process has been a huge headache. They're happy to take my money, but when my withdrawals are not working, they could care less. Every 6 days my withdrawals get sent back. If I try withdraw to the same account via Bank Transfer, they deny it saying its a different source, even when they suggest me to do this route for withdrawals.

Absolutely useless site, scam site and they just take my money. I want my deposits back because they refuse to process my withdrawals.
