Cloudbet casino has become one of my go to casinos over the last few months. I like their fast withdrawals, typically within 15 minutes except my second deposit which for some reason took 2.5 hours. I was a little hesitant after that, but they have proved to be a stand up casino and support has always been fast and friendly, which is a big deal in my opinion. I would definitely recommend Cloudbet in my top 3 crypto casinos out of all I have played
Their bonus structure isn’t the best, so just keep that in mind if you’re looking for a big bonus awarding casino. It takes a whole lot of wagering before your “sign up bonus” money is released and you don’t get any random, or scheduled, bonuses besides “wager percentage” bonuses that are pretty high as to wagering vs. reward.
I love how fast deposits and withdrawals are and if u have a problem there customer service is easy to get a hold of anytime of day. I love the website's new layout it's much clearer and easier to navigate. By far the best site out there
I have played at Cloudbet for a long time.
What I like is:
- user friendly fast deposits
- Fast withdrawals almost instantly.
- Responsive and fast live support.
- Good interface
- Large Selection of games.
Following area can be improved.
- There Should Be deposit reward system.
- Website is bit slow ,it can be improved to spice things up.
- More games can be added.
Been playing on cloudbet for long time now and never had a single problem. Payouts always arrive quickly and without any problems. deposits are also very fast.
Casino has had a more modern look for quite some time now, for a crypto casino very nice. Large range of slots, also very nice sports betting page. Many sport event available that are not listed by other providers. I can fully recommend the site and will continue to use Cloudbet.
Asian bets are always evaluated after the final whistle of the event. It would be nice if it were a little quicker.
For beginners it will be quite hard to understand the bonus system with the lightning points.
The one thing that really caught my attention was their user-friendly deposit. It's fast and they accept almost all types of tokens (BTC/ETH/USDT). On top of that, their bonuses are rewarding too. If I'm not mistaken, they were also one of the first that provide lightning transactions for BTC/SATS punters. Withdrawal is fast and their help support is always there to help solve any issues arise. Their awesome range of games, live casino, sportsbet. Also their support is way better compared to some other online casinos.
I like the variety of live casino, slots and sports betting options. I find the interface extremely user friendly and the support team is very quick to respond when there are issues.
The live betting can sometimes be slow to adjust the lines. I would also like to see Cloudbet add same game parlays to their sports book. I think the reward system could also include deposit bonuses.
Instant withdrawal is one of the best advantages of this site. And about deposits and withdrawals, technical problems on the site, or anything, if you ask the support staff, they will answer patiently and look for a solution to help you. I got help from the support several times. Whether by email or online on the site, they were extremely responsive and if there was a problem, they solved it quickly.
It usually has good games and is fair, and if you are not greedy you can experience good winnings. There is no problem with vpn and it does not require authentication to withdraw. The design of the site is simple and practical. All in all, having tried ten sites, this site has been my first choice to play most days and so far I have not regretted or disappointed.
Best online casino to gamble at hands down! Super fast withdrawal times, and very helpful customer service. Never had any issues with the casino. Best place to gamble!
If I had to put something here, I would say I wish they had more original games like mines, plinko, or it would be cool if they were to add some fishing type games as well!
Cloudbet is one of the best crypto casinos out there. You can find all of the game providers. Crypto transactions are fast. I had no problem with my deposits or withdrawals ever. They have a very kind and helpful support team. It's very reliable. I had no issues so far. Their rakeback system is through points. You can earn points by playing slots, live casino games or sports betting. You can use your points to get free spins, free cash rewards or wager bonuses.
You may not find EVERY slot from every provider but you can definitely play major ones. They are adding new games constantly. Bet currency options can be more. I would like to see IDR and TRY options.
Good! You can buy cryptocurrency (btc, bch, eth, usdt) with a credit card and bank transfer.
I like their site, it is simple and clear, you can immediately find all the games you need.
Everything syncs well with the mobile device.
For loyal customers bonuses are plentiful and their BTC offerings and seasonal offers
Good Costumer Support, lightning fast deposits and payouts without any unnecessary trouble.
One of my top 5. Fast Bitcoin deposits and even faster withdrawals put it on the higher side of my top 5. I mostly play slots and live game show games which are fantastic. Crazy Time and Plinko are among my favorites. Love the real-time RTP of each slot. Which helps me try new games every time.
The layouts are a bit dull but the lobby is not why I am there so it's not much of an issue. The bonus loyalty point area is confusing but I don't use too many bonuses anyhow, I would rather not have the rules that come with bonuses.
Cloudbet is probably the best online casino out there, unlike other casinos they really do give back to the player. An example, the marketplace is something so unique that every gambler HAS to try it. You can literally buy credits or spins with the points they GIVE BACK to you, the player, and trust me do they do that a lot, not only via cashback, etc but lots of promotions and giveaways
Nothing, it’s simply great, everyone should try Cloudbet because it is the future of crypto betting, more modernized and advanced than any other crypto casino
All in all a pretty solid crypto casino with great customer service and wide selection of games from top providers. Not to mention the live betting as well when you need a break from the casino. All sports!!
Maybe beef up the rewards system to kind of give a little more back to the players or be able to earn rewards a little faster but that’s about it negative wise in my opinion.
A friendly site, with many ways to deposit.
It's also pretty easy to cashout. I really like this site due it's fast online support, fast depositing, such as cashouts. There are many different games and most of the time it's always fun to play.
For newbies, it's not that good. People who are new to gambling probably wouldn't understand anything expect mines. Still, the support from Cloudbet sadly won't do anything and just copy-paste their long texts.
One of the best Cryptocurrency casino I've ever met. It's always fun playing there and Cloudbet gives player the opportunity very often to gain Freespins, such as bonuses.
Sometimes games are pretty leggy but that's not a problem since there are at least 1000 different games. Sometimes a withdraw is taking a bit longer than expected but at least they're paying out!
I have played through many casino sites but Cloudbet left the most impression. Fast deposit and withdrawal, reputable, diverse games. There is even a rewards point exchange market for you to choose from. In short, 10 points for quality
Tournaments are very interesting and addictive too. Big amounts at each tournament. I have used Cloudbet since Cryptos was born it's the oldest and first casino that uses Cryptos as the payment method
Cloudbet offers a diverse range of games, appealing to different preferences. The website interface is user-friendly, making navigation and gameplay smooth.
Withdrawal times can be longer than expected. The customer support response is adequate but lacks promptness. Also, the bonus deals have a bunch of rules, so read the fine print before you dive in.
I've come across numerous complaints about Cloudbet on Reddit and various other forums, especially when it comes to users from restricted jurisdictions.
A recurring pattern in these complaints is that users would win substantial amounts, only for Cloudbet to suddenly initiate KYC procedures and then refuse to pay out once they discover the user is from a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling. It's quite likely that Cloudbet was already aware of these jurisdiction restrictions.
What's striking in all of these cases, which I've found online, is that Cloudbet typically labels the bets as 'void' and refunds the users' deposits, even though they had previously accepted these bets and deposits.
Now, here's the part that truly baffles me: I realized I was playing from a jurisdiction that prohibited online gambling after depositing and losing almost $40,000. The revelation came when the website's URL suddenly became inaccessible with a government warning.
However, when I raised a complaint with Cloudbet, they refused to refund my deposits and opt to label the bets as 'void,' as they would with winners. Why, you ask? Because I LOST.
This glaring discrepancy in their conduct highlights their double standards and opportunistic approach.
While it's true that I may not be raising this issue if I had won, there's ample evidence available online and in statements made by Cloudbet on publicly discussed complaints via Alternate Dispute Resolution operators to strongly suggest that they wouldn't have honored the payout regardless
It's evident that they actively lure and attract users from prohibited jurisdictions, happily accepting their deposits and wagers while they're losing, but then invoke jurisdictional restrictions and KYC procedures if the user happens to win. It's a concerning and, frankly, dangerous practice.
I’ve since had my messages deleted and my account blocked from their discord server. They are trying to hide what their up to from their users blowing their money away.
What I Liked About Them? Well...
If I had to find something positive about my experience with Cloudbet Casino, it would be their unparalleled dedication to non-compliance with local and international standards. It's quite an achievement, really!
Their lightning-fast response time (over two days, mind you) left me in awe. I mean, who wouldn't want to wait for days on end for a simple query to be addressed? It's like a never-ending suspense thriller, with a plot twist where they finally respond... eventually.
So, kudos to Cloudbet for mastering the art of keeping players on the edge of their seats, wondering if they'll ever get a response. If you're a fan of waiting, uncertainty, and a complete disregard for industry standards, Cloudbet might just be your dream casino!
I recently had an alarming experience with Cloudbet Casino, which has left me deeply concerned about their commitment to responsible gambling and player protection.
My journey with Cloudbet started out promisingly, but it took a distressing turn when I attempted to exercise my right to self-exclusion. Despite clear requests for account closure and multiple self-exclusion periods, the casino's response was disappointingly slow and ineffective. It required five separate account termination requests for them to finally take action, resulting in significant financial losses and emotional distress.
What's more concerning is Cloudbet's abrupt policy change regarding responsible gambling. Initially, they allowed players to self-exclude for extended periods or even permanently, demonstrating a commitment to player well-being. However, they have now shifted to offering only cooling-off periods without a clear explanation. This change raises serious questions about their priorities.
Furthermore, Cloudbet lacks mechanisms to help players limit their spending on the platform, a basic feature provided by many reputable online casinos. This absence of responsible gaming tools puts vulnerable players at risk.
During my time as a player, I also encountered a rude and dismissive attitude when trying to resolve issues with Cloudbet's customer support. This unprofessional behavior added to the frustration and stress caused by their handling of responsible gambling matters.
My complaint, filed with AskGamblers, reflects not only my personal experiences but also broader concerns about player protection within the online gambling industry. It is my hope that by sharing my story, we can collectively advocate for a safer and more responsible gambling environment.
In conclusion, my experience with Cloudbet Casino has been far from satisfactory. Their handling of responsible gambling matters is deeply troubling, and I strongly urge potential players to exercise caution when considering this platform. Your well-being as a player should always come first, and it's essential to choose a casino that prioritizes responsible gaming.

I like to play here because everything looks fair and transparent.
I like everything here in principle, but a small minus is the commission for withdrawing funds from the Cloudbet Casino, although it is small, but still.
Fast withdrawal to your wallet.
You don’t even really need a verification.
Also higher withdrawals of more than 3000 Euro work really fast without any problems.
I didn’t really get any bonus even they offered it at the beginning.
Not really many famous games. They don’t even have book of dead and with mobile phone they don’t have a function to search for games by their name.
They actually have a decent selection of slot and table games and it does look fun to play. Still, it may be commendable that they at least have sports and esports on their roster. It's a fine bitcoin casino if you ask me.
I am not drawn to their site since it all looks a little plain to me. Some sites make me excited just by looking at them and this one ain't like that. Also, I thought that they all accept players who are not BTC users but they actually don't.
I like that now I can buy crypto (btc, bch, eth, usdt) using my credit card and bank transfer - they added moonpay to their site - it's awesome.
Finally before corona they added esports.
New design is much clearer to use.
Epl promo is very nice (zero margins)
Sometimes page loads slowly. Sad that zero margin promo is only for EPL not also for Bundesliga or other soccer tournaments.
Will see how the page will evolve in time.
I haven't liked anything, all bad service. Even you are active a lot and VIP player. Bonus that got canceled and tried to get the bonus back by chatting with support or sending an email never get a response.
If you don't want hassle then avoid this casino. Live chat support is fast but never fix problems. Only forward your message to higher ups and then you have to wait again in hope they gonna contact you. Slots are defect or fixed. I wouldn't trust them. Errors of missing funds.
Scam. Misgraded my bets and it's been 2 days and still not fixed. Live chat is not helpful and vip managers don't even answer there whatsapp. Avoid this website at all costs. Big scam.
Instant deposits and fast withdrawals. Live casino with dealers is nice. Dealers are quite pretty too )))
No poker tournaments or play against other players. Sometimes you really want to compete not only with the dealer
Accept bitcoin and bitcoin cash. Easy to use. In my opinion more comfortable than fiat
Withdraws sometimes take longer than 24 hours. And it is the worst part of crypto currency
Compare Cloudbet Casino to Other Casinos
I consider it the best site to learn about, which is easy and fast in how to deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies. It includes many beautiful games and also a nice support team that is available throughout the day.
