I decided to test the casino today. In principle, everything is intuitive, registration is simple and accessible, the deposit was entered without any problems, I found new games that I hadn’t even noticed before, support responded to my application without any problems.
On Monday April 9th 2024, I was playing their online casino game Big Bass Amazon Extreme and I won some money ($6000). I went to withdraw it and provided my Canadian Passport and Canadian Driver's License (I am located In Ontario) when requested. I have played before on this platform and the withdrawal process was smooth. Now however, I still have not received my money and I was accused of violating the terms and conditions without providing any evidence of such a thing, I received the notice on April 11. The Cherry Spins Finance and Compliance team have not provided an update since then. I have been in contact with a customer support representative everyday and she has been advising me that once new information is presented then will the account be reviewed. I have spoken with several legal representatives and I was advised that the company will need to pay me before the 14th day or the matter can be escalated. Is there a way to resolve this? I have rightfully won the money and I am still new to the Cherry Spins platform so I may have requested too many withdrawals at a time by mistake however this does not cause for my account to be deactivated. Can you please help me with this?

I had a big win and cherry spins will not pay out. This is the 2nd time
