So I didn’t use a bonus at all and I have a $1787 withdrawal.

I’m still waiting for it’s been almost 3 weeks.

Every time I message them they either say waiting on the financial team to process or are sorry for the delay. The financial department is behind but should receive it soon ..

I need that money, please.

I won €74.50 in the game “The King”.
However, the money was not added to my balance but simply disappeared. But it appears in my history. So there is no doubt that I won the amount.
Since there is no live chat, I left a message.

By the way, this is a normal free spins win and not free spins that I got from the casino.
