Had problems with my first withdrawal. I had to threaten to come here to AG and start a complaint. They then got my withdrawal approved within an hour or two. After that my withdrawals started taking longer and longer up to three or four days. They didn't process Interact withdrawals on the weekends which was a pain. I had Interact withdrawals from other casinos on the weekends within an hour or two. Their bonuses were pretty good in the beginning. Then they started putting max. limit on bonus withdrawal of a $100. Then they started a max cash out of 10 times the bonus amount, so dumb. I remember getting 3 emails for this big 30% bonus on a minimum deposit of $10 so the bonus amount was $3 Capped at x10 so a player could only withdraw a maximize of $30 from that bonus. I wrote customer service and asked why would anybody waste their time for a max cash out of 30 bucks. So lame it kind of defeats the whole purpose of playing lol. They never answered me. The final straw was this past week I closed my account. Interact wasn't working for deposit for over 2 weeks so I using my MasterCard to deposit I won $450 They rejected my withdrawal through Interact. CS said first I had to send them pictures of my credit card front and back and bank statement. Then was told I have to use a different withdrawal method. They don't have MasterCard as of withdrawal method only for deposit. Back to customer service for hours more. All they could tell me was try a different withdrawal method. I tried my Much Better account and rejected back to CS. They told me I have to withdraw in crypto? I haven't used my crypto wallet for over a year. I had to get it updated and working properly. I then tried Bitcoin, Litecoin, Etherium all rejected rejected rejected. After hours of customer service which was lousy They would take so long to get back to me that chat would get disconnected a I would have to start all over again with a different agent and explain all over again so crazy. They honestly could care less about helping to solve my problem. I emailed their KYC department several times no response. Finally I just went to the site and gambled it all away because it just wasn't worth the hassle to keep dealing with them. I close my account.
