Withdraw is pending for 60 hours accounting. This was not my first withdraw. I get no reasons and there is no communication on the reason. Contacted live support 3 times today. No reaction on emails. This is a worrying situation for me, current players and future players. Concerning!

Withdrawal times.... first withdrawal time is 96 hours (4 days)... during which time your withdrawal reamins reversible. I can not see why a first withdrawal would take 4 days to process . Apparently its 48 hours standard processing time and an additional 48 hours for further checks. i'm currently only 24hours into my 4 day wait. I Really hope at the end of the 4 days they dont ask for more ID which will inevitably just prolong it further. I've joined many casinos and have never had to wait so long .

Been a member of Casimba for a while now. I didn't think much of it at first but after several positive experiences, it is slowly becoming one of my favourite Casinos. Good selection of games, quite high bonus amount and many deposit options. Registration process is more streamlined than when I started playing here a few years ago so they're improving the site it seems constantly. No issues with withdrawals and deposits thus far and the customer service has been very helpful (big thumbs up for Sara).

Could improve and add Green Tube / Novomatic I miss that game supplier but I haven't seen them on any other site either.

Great selection of slots form a wide range of providers. Website is modern and looks good on mobile devices with decent load times throughout. Live chat is very fast with minimal queues.

Manipulate bonuses so freespins are merged with deposit bonus so your wins are capped at 50 rather than keeping the two seperate. Live chat is very quick however not helpful. Long turnaround times quoted to invested withdrawal being declined. Was quoted 28 days.

Deposited over 15k in one week, take more than 2 weeks to verify my account and still nothing, horrible customers service, my account manager wouldn't even phone when I asked for a call, don’t think these guys are legit. So I just delete the account. Don’t waste time or your money way better casinos out there.

They have decent variety of slots. They have play n go games which is nice. I also would like to mention that their responsible gambling settings are also good.

Their payments are too slow! If you win some your withdrawal is in pending mode for 48 hours and during that time you can cancel your payment. Best casinos will process withdrawal average 2min to 8 hours. I have had two difficult withdraws from this site and both occasions I had to wait around two weeks to receive my moneys. I have huge experience from different casino sites and I can assure other players that this site it is not the best in business. If you still want to play there, do not expect to receive your moneys anytime soon if you win.

A friend just recommended this place after saying she’d had a monster win with her welcome bonus so I figured it was time for me to give it a shot as well. I was surprised to learn it is part of the same group as GDay and Spin Station as those guys are forever sending me promotional e-mails week in, week out, and I would have expected them to point me in the direction of their sister casino. I do feel it only fair to praise the support staff at Casimba, and their withdrawal process, because whilst it definitely could have been a little bit faster and smoother when I made my first request, the staff were apologetic for my troubles and delays waiting to speak with them and did put my at ease that the delays were just standard procedure and I did receive updates and my payment pretty much bang on the schedule they told me without issue.

I really appreciate the fact they have a proper full selection of video poker and blackjack games at this casino. I much prefer Microgamings versions of these games over pretty much any other provider, and they are getting harder and harder to find these days. Perhaps this is because Microgamings slots are definitely going downhill so the casinos assume players won’t be bothered about their other games either, but I’ve simply been way luckier on the Premier Blackjack and Double Double Bonus Poker games available here than I have on any other variants by other providers.

As others have said verification was a little bit nerve-racking here, I found my account locked after requesting my first withdrawal and then it took a little while to actually speak to someone – I guess the live chat were particularly busy that day – and then actually getting my documents looked at and checked also took longer than at many other casinos I have played at recently. Once it was all sorted, as usual I have had no issues, but when you have a large outstanding withdrawal it can be a little bit distressing being put through this stuff.

I opened an account 3 weeks ago. 3 deposits and Lady Luck wasn’t on my side so left. Went to log in the next day and a message appears to say my account is locked please contact support. They told me my account was under review (no further explanation) and I’d be contacted in a couple of days. No contact, numerous live chats the latest being this morning and all I am told is ‘for security reasons my account is under review’. No further explanation. No contact from them via email. Nothing. Absolutely terrible. 3 weeks with no explanation. AVOID.

I like the fact that Casimba have such a large bonus and a lot of games. Simple layout with no lagg etc.

With such a large bonus they should add on protect betting that you can not exceed your bet over their T&C,s. To wager 7.5 k Euro on a max 5 euro bet is 260k to wager and half a million spins. And you are not allowed to do a bonus hunt which is very popular in this community to do ( collect slots bonuses and play them when deposit reaches almost 1%) If you want a bet protecting on your bonus there are a few - I don't recommend to play at Casimba if you are looking for a welcome bonus if you play with raw cash this casino is nice to be at.

Everytime I ask support when my withdrawal will be processed I get told to send my ID or proof of address. I've sent both documents in 3 times now and get the same response from them. "They will pass it on to the relevant department" and they will get back to me. I've been waiting for 6 days now for my withdrawal. I've played many casinos and withdrew from many casinos and this one is definitely the longest I've ever had to wait.
