I have just recently won £29000 and made a withdrawal request. It will be my first withdrawal request and I made it on the 7/01/25. After reading a lot of reviews where people just didn’t receive their funds. I’m now starting to get a little worried. 29k is a lot of money to me!. I’ve tried to upload documents to speed things a long but when I go to do it, it says your account is already verified. My question is has anyone else won big on this site and actually received the payment?

Well, I uploaded all the necessary documents that same day, but the very next day, I received another email with a request to verify my account. Are you kidding me?!

Of course, I immediately wrote to support and got the brilliant response: ""send the documents for verification."" What nonsense? Did you not process the information the first time? Guys, either your internal processes are terribly flawed, or your moderation team's competence leaves much to be desired. This absurdity continued for about two weeks: I tried to prove that I had already sent my personal data for verification, while the moderation team insisted they hadn't seen anything and that I needed to send the documents again, despite confirming in one of their emails that they had received the information from me!

Is it even necessary to say that reputable casinos don't treat their players this way?

But that's not the main issue! I still had about 7000 EUR in my account from my previous deposits. Once again: I ended up losing, didn't get a cent from the casino! Everything in my account was my own money!

But due to the verification issues, obviously created by the casino itself, my account was blocked – along with it, I lost my money! My own deposit was brazenly taken from me!

My money is still with them, and my account remains blocked. They don't even respond to my messages or explain the reason for the block! I, of course, hope for a positive outcome and that MY money from MY deposit will be returned to ME, but considering the quality of their customer service, it seems that getting my money back won't be that easy.

In short, I don't recommend anyone to play at Casimba; anyone could end up in my situation at any moment, and the thought of what might happen during the withdrawal stage is terrifying.

Still waiting on withdrawal after being advised I'd have it 4 days ago, they have all my documents and info, just stopped replying to my emails. Would recommend staying away from all white hat affiliated sites.

I have won 5400 euros, send my documents and my request to withdraw my money. KYC took 5 days!! And now customer service passes the quid with the other departments. I always have to explain my situation.
I had at least 4 people trying to "resolve my situation", I feel they just do it in purpose in order to me to play this balance and not withdraw it

Withdrawal times.... first withdrawal time is 96 hours (4 days)... during which time your withdrawal reamins reversible. I can not see why a first withdrawal would take 4 days to process . Apparently its 48 hours standard processing time and an additional 48 hours for further checks. i'm currently only 24hours into my 4 day wait. I Really hope at the end of the 4 days they dont ask for more ID which will inevitably just prolong it further. I've joined many casinos and have never had to wait so long .

Deposited over 15k in one week, take more than 2 weeks to verify my account and still nothing, horrible customers service, my account manager wouldn't even phone when I asked for a call, don’t think these guys are legit. A friend just recommended this place after saying she’d had a monster win with her welcome bonus so I figured it was time for me to give it a shot as well. I was surprised to learn it is part of the same group as GDay and Spin Station as those guys are forever sending me promotional e-mails week in, week out, and I would have expected them to point me in the direction of their sister casino. Maybe they didn’t want me to get a slice of their monster bonus 😉

I do feel it only fair to praise the support staff at Casimba, and their withdrawal process, because whilst it definitely could have been a little bit faster and smoother when I made my first request, the staff were apologetic for my troubles and delays waiting to speak with them and did put my at ease that the delays were just standard procedure and I did receive updates and my payment pretty much bang on the schedule they told me without issue.

I really appreciate the fact they have a proper full selection of video poker and blackjack games at this casino. I much prefer Microgamings versions of these games over pretty much any other provider, and they are getting harder and harder to find these days. Perhaps this is because Microgamings slots are definitely going downhill so the casinos assume players won’t be bothered about their other games either, but I’ve simply been way luckier on the Premier Blackjack and Double Double Bonus Poker games available here than I have on any other variants by other providers.

As others have said verification was a little bit nerve-racking here, I found my account locked after requesting my first withdrawal and then it took a little while to actually speak to someone – I guess the live chat were particularly busy that day – and then actually getting my documents looked at and checked also took longer than at many other casinos I have played at recently. Once it was all sorted, as usual I have had no issues, but when you have a large outstanding withdrawal it can be a little bit distressing being put through this stuff.
