Since they moved with Two Shepherds Limited, our cash and bonus balance are not showed in the cashier/profile section. I informed them about this major technical issue. They don’t care. Offered me a $50 loyalty bonus then for the first month despite numerous conversations on their chat and numerous emails I still couldn't access my account, finally was able to login no bonus was applied and after numerous attempts to get through on live chat and only having an option of emailing because they were so busy countless times I sent numerous emails forwarded them the emails telling me about the bonus and then finally got back to me ignoring all previous emails and told me the bonus had expired. I definitely won't be playing with them, and I would recommend waiting for future reviews before putting any money into this casino.
