I requested for money withdraw 18of January and received money only yesterday, then I requested 3more withdraws on following days were requested and still waiting for my money...They say that normally money processed in 3working days!!!

Where do I start with this, easily the worst casino out there, won some money at it, still wait for it to be processed. Verification was an absolute nightmare. You nearly have to post yourself over to them to prove your identity. They do everything they can to avoid paying you your winning. As for trying to play the games, good luck with that, constantly having to reload them and then they don't load at all. Live chat know absolutely nothing, so it's pointless contacting them. Where do you start? First I cannot see how this casino has so many stars. It looks ok but basically nothing works all of the time! Yes it plays well when its working but some of the slots just stop which is infuriating. Then the staff are unhelpful and no one keeps records so you have to start again every time.
