I was attracted to Campeonbet's $10 no-deposit bonus offer I had received in my mailbox recently, so I got myself registered at the casino and claimed that free gift from its Live Chat host. No hassles encountered, got that free bonus money, and lost it all very soon after, as expected, hehehe.
Games selection is very good at Campeonbet Casino, with all the big name providers in the portfolio, so finding your favourite game to play wouldn't be a problem at all. However, the Live Chat service is not available 24/7, so at times, this could cause a slight inconvenience, as I later found out.
After playing that no-deposit money, I then went to the Cashier and clicked on Neteller to make my first deposit and to claim the 100% Welcome offer. A message popped up requesting me to upload my ID document first before making a deposit, so I did that. But to my utter disappointment, as soon as I have finished uploading my documents, they were rejected! I was literally shocked by it! I immediately cancelled my plan to deposit, tried to get some clarification from the Live Chat host, but was informed that it was probably due to oversized uploaded files. What a load of bull! My files were only about 350 Kb each and they have never posed any uploading problems before. However, the host suggested that I send my documents via email instead, and that I did too.
1 week passed after sending in my documents, but not even an acknowledgement email was received from Campeonbet Casino! Were the KYC team sleeping, or merely damn lazy to acknowledge? I then send another email, albeit with some strong words in it to express my anger and disappointment at their lack of response, and at last got a reply back the day after. Not really what I had expected, but the reply was that my documents were not approved - my proof of address, in particular, was rejected! What the argh!
I simply cannot understand the reasoning or the logic behind that rejection, but I presumed that it could be due to country restriction, or whatever else. Nonetheless, I was totally disappointed with the casino's customer support services, with their KYC team acting like a dead log, so I immediately requested for closure of my account, and that got done very quickly indeed! Slow support, they claim to have livesupport up and running 9-21:00 CET but thats false, multiple times they have had it offline when I've been online.
