Hello, I appeal to the betrayer with a problem! At first I was asked to upload documents for verification. I uploaded them to a profile and sent them to your KYC department. The next day I received a letter from your department "Your account is verified for the time being. According to your deposit method and betting pattern,further documentation may be requested." after which I made a deposit, won not a lot and put 8,000 rubles on the payment, they don’t respond to anything in your chat and they say just write to support and KYC! but support and KYC are not responding from November 8-9! and wait for the processing of payments which takes 24 hours although the time has passed is more than enough! my patience is exhausted and I'm writing here

After attempting to make a withdrawl, that was unsuccessful, I uploaded the necessary documents.
I had won $1200 and wanted to withdraw it, 36 hours later, and after numerous attempts to contact live chat about verification of my account, and with no response, I ended up losing my winnings. This would not have happened if they processed my first three attempts to withdraw. And yet still no one has contacted me about account verification. Not at all impressed.

They have different bonus terms for each customer it seems like. I got an email about 50 USD/EUR free when I make a deposit, and one of their support agent claimed that the offer is valid only for today, and the wager is 40x, and other one claimed that the offer is valid from today to the end of the week and wager is 60x.
When I asked them to give me full bonus rules they responded that they don't have any.
