Bwin is big company. You can see that they take care about marketing and you can see their logo on Real Madrid's shirt and they are sponsoring a lot of other great clubs, they have great site for sports betting but their casino is not so great and I must say that i am very very disappointed with their casino.

First that I don't like is their customer support. They don't have "live chat" option and I don't understand why. Almost all casino can provide that option and just Bwin can't.. It is more about that they don't care. I had problem with my bonus, I didn't receive and I send them E-mail and they are were so slow with answer. After 4-5 days I receive answer but it was only that they will look into that and after that I never heard anything from them. I think that it is unacceptable from casino like this. At the end I didn't receive bonus and lost my money.

Another bad things are their games. They don't offer NetEnt, Microgaming, BetSoft.. nothing and when I deposited here I didn't know that. I assumed that this great company have something good to offer. Also if you want to play all their games (they offer total maybe 60 games in instant play) you must download and install their software. I didn't do that, I just find few games on instant play and spent my money.

Maybe when I saw Bwin I expected to much from this casino but I think that they don't deserve this rating what they have on this site and i will give them only one star and try to show other players that this casino is not good as they think.
