Good game selection. Site runs with no tech issues
I emailed the support team as I have been a member for over 2 years and wanted to know about the loyalty scheme as other casinos seem to offer this information.
After 3 days (they aim to respond within 24 hours) I did not receive a response. I then emailed stating that if they believe it is acceptable not to answer players then to close my account.
They closed my account within 6 hours and no acknowledgement of their failure to answer my inital request.
Overall : Other casinos will treat you better. Service and Loyalty.
PS also look at the rate they resolve complaints. This Casino does NOT care!

Stay away from this casino. Bwin in Greece is a really amateur casino. I had a cash out of 480euro, and they decided to make a security check. Ok,no problem so far, except the fact that the security check would be with a code enclosed at an envelope and send to my address, by the greek post office. That means 1 week at least waiting. I said that I wouldn't like all the block and the apartments to know about me and gambling and that is something personal, but they said that this is the way.
