No customer support, got my account deleted and all my winnings removed, claiming that the documents from my bank account doesn't match my bank account, when there was no bank document sent. Don't trust this casino.

I been lied to and there is no true customer service support. Y’all may want to update the information y’all have for them. They do not have a phone number support and they do not have live chat support even though their website states they do. I can’t find help at all. I uploaded my documents over 8 days ago and yet have not received any response.

Unclear Terms and Conditions:

I had played through an EasterBoost promotion that they offered to customers. I played through the entire play-through balance and converted in into my real balance. But unfortunately, I had accidentally activated a free 50 spin offer that they offered as an Easter Promotion. I took it unknowingly because of the vague terms and conditions, that and it was on the front page so I thought it was free for the taking. I had won some money off the spins but I then proceeded.

They make it near impossible to see the actual terms and conditions of the Bonuses because they only have a small list of terms & conditions that look to be the only ones listed on the Promotions tab.

It’s a shame I lost all my winnings over a small promotion that I happened to partake in at the end of my session.
