I been lied to and there is no true customer service support. Y’all may want to update the information y’all have for them. They do not have a phone number support and they do not have live chat support even though their website states they do. I can’t find help at all. Unclear Terms and Conditions:

I had played through an EasterBoost promotion that they offered to customers. I played through the entire play-through balance and converted in into my real balance. I took it unknowingly because of the vague terms and conditions, that and it was on the front page so I thought it was free for the taking. I had won some money off the spins but I then proceeded.
