The only tiny issue I noticed was that the website was lagging a bit sometimes, but overall, it didn't bother me too much, wish support agents were more friendly.

There is a few table games like Baccarat by Pragmatic and Evolution Gaming. Somehow the Evolution table is not working and I can't play their table games.

1. The page keeps logging me out. Very buggy.

2. I placed a bet at least three times and won but I never got paid. Very dodgy. Their alibis were that the bet was never placed because it was not in the betting history (of course it will not appear there), There was a disconnection/wi-fi issue (always your fault) and the bet was not accepted or did not complete. But if the bet was a loss then they will take your money. I complained several times to no avail. All they will say is they will escalate the issue but you will never really hear anything new from them. My advice is to video record every time you place a bet. Talking to the supervisor or manager is not an option.

3. After I won and tried to withdraw funds (within limits) it was denied 3 times. The money keeps going back into my balance. Obviously, they wanted me to keep playing. They said it was my bank that rejected it even though the bank has nothing to do with it. It took almost a week for a single withdrawal. The delay was unforgivable.

5. I closed my account and will never go back.

First I thought the service. But nothing is what it seems like. When you start depositing a lot and withdrawal a lot they will block you from there casino :/

I ended up at this casino as a high roller. Initially super contact and fast payouts, eventually more than 10k deposited and played and then your account will be blocked for one or other 'wealth verification'.

Fine, control = control. But this check takes 6 weeks and they ask you absurdly many documents. Payslips / contracts / proof of whether you have loans / reasons for certain transactions on your account / BKR documents / Chamber of Commerce documents / Tax documents etc ... Toke me 6 weeks and very long time to wait on there response.

And then after you have sent everything neatly, the conclusion is: We close your account because you have loans. While there is only proof that there is NOT ANY LOAN on my name. No more reaction and totally removed. Crazy company, gosh!

Solution: Take a good look at the documents and respond to my emails. Open my account and give me my promised cashback before these 6 weeks of woes started.

It's a good website. Friendly support.
Chat agents are not enabled to give handout bonuses. Still, they have a good reward system which helps you recover some losses and you get wager free cashback.
Fast withdrawals. No technical issues.
Many popular games from providers are available.

You don't get much weekend promotions or great deposit bonus offers compared to casinowinner or leovegas ( just examples) Apart from this I don't see much negative.
