Page 2 – Player Reviews for Boom Casino

This casino is very exceptional in a good way - a very welcome add to the group of latest casinos.
The web design is very high-end and up-to-date. Simple, modern, functional.
You have all the tools and features very easily accessible at your fingertips.
For example, your personal limits; all the terms and conditions and all other useful information; all your gaming and transactions history; preferences; etc.
You can adjust the front page and choose your best of the best games there to be immediately accessible ;)
Unlike it says here in AG, players from Finland are very welcome and able to play here. They even have my language, and not a clumsy Google translation, but a real fluent translation. ;)
They have live chat, and Raphael was very fast & accurate to answer all of my questions which I had, having just opened my account.
Then come the best & most crucial things.
They have NO withdrawal limits whatsoever.
They have my favorite NetEnt games (which are the only games I usually even play at all), and apparently a wide variety of other slots & providers as well.
For deposits & withdrawals, they use a service called BRITE, which I had never heard of before. It appears to be very similar to Trustly and seems to work as perfectly well too. Depositing from my Finnish bank was very easy. I deposited 800 euros; played my favorite NetEnt games Vikings & Hotline; was blessed enough to win a nice amount from the latter, and got to cash out a nice amount of 1,406 euros. I asked the chat agent, how long would it usually take. He told me, 3-8 hours (if I remember right). Maybe 3 minutes later I then went to check out my bank account balance - and the money was ALREADY there. In the middle of the night.
Just amazing.
Also, I want to mention ”Boom cash” - no wagering free cash which you will get after every 1,000 spins you play, and which accumulates simply as a percentage of the amount you wager at games. It seems I already have 4 euros of that too.
They hold the reputable MGA license which is always a huge pro, at least imo.
Based on my experiences this first night as their customer; I can warmly recommend their site to other fellow players. :)

The one and only reason I only give 9/10 stars, and not 10/10; is that their deposit limit is a net limit; which means, if you deposit for example 1,000 euros in a day, then withdraw 500 euros that same day, then you’ll be able to deposit 500 more that same day. I think deposit limits should be absolute - that’s what they are created for. Also, you can change your limits as fast as in 24 hrs - I personally believe, a longer time, for example, a week would protect the player better.
Other than that, everything seems to be totally perfect, fine & safe here.

Nice games, and good overview on website. Easy deposits. Allthoug every email was answered by customer service, there was no solution in any of the answers.

Sudden block whilst playing games for verification. Very bad customer service, document review takes over 4 days. Disaster to withdrawal your winnings.

I never actually do it, write a review for an online casino. I don't want to encourage people to gamble. But I still think I should do it this time.

Yesterday I was looking for a new online casino, preferably located in Malta. I came to BoomCasino.com via google.

After looking at the site I decided to create an account here, registration was effortlessly neat and careful. Site doesn't have too much information and works easily. After registration I deposited via Ideal 10 euros and started playing Book of Dead. Then roulette and some nice games. The offer is wide. I won 850 euros and then often comes the exciting moment. Cash out ... How fast is the verification and payment? Very quick!! My account was approved within 2 hours after submitting documents and my money was transferred immediately. I had it back on my account within 12 hours, great! I have never experienced this before, what good service! For anyone who would like to play here I would say DO!

Small tip: They still offer the beautiful double ball roulette, which is fun !!

You will find little information on the website about the status of the payment and your documents. Maybe this would be a good addition for this new casino.

Really new concept with 2 instant bonuses for jammin jars - as first deposit bonus. You only need to wager your winnings 1x.
There is also the classic 100% first deposit bonus with 40x wager.
I tried the 100% bonus with a 50 euro deposit and had no luck in first instance.
I redeposited 50 - no luck at all again.
With the 3rd deposit of 100euro I finally managed to climb the ladder to 840 euro!
This was yesterday evening around 18:00.
Today I woke up and checked my balance and it is already paid out! No verification was necessary and that's an absolute insane payout time, especially for weekends. (this is what is all about for us gamblers, isn't it? :) )
when I signed up I made a mistake with the location. Customer service helped me within 2 minutes and you also get a chat protocol to your email. Really all you wish , fast and friendly service (by raphael) (in my native language German, all within seconds).
Also a lot of different games + live casino also with small limit tables. Website is "user" friendly if you ask me. (used desktop pc)
In the morning when I checked with my phone it could be a little better - but what to expect from such a young casino.
Really nothing to complain, exited that such things are possible for such a young casino.
thumps up!

Absolutly nothing.
See points above.
I have played on a lot of different sites, this seems to be a really serious one with good customer service, which is really rare!
Player comes first on this site.
Can just recommend to every gambler out there.

Boom casino is one of the newest casinos added here on Askgamblers and I've been aware of this casino release for a few weeks and was very excited to try them out when they launched. Reason for that is that they come from Hero gaming group and Casino Heroes is their sister site, and it's a casino that's been on my favorites list for the past few years. For some reason it says here that they don't accept players from Malta but I surely had no issues signing up and playing there and I don't see a reason why they would restrict Malta as their sister sites accept Maltese players.

Boom casino is powered by top-notch game providers such as Netent, Microgaming, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming, Play'n Go and many others, besides I think their casino lobby looks great- it's easy to navigate, pleasant for the eyes and overall feels like a step up from their other brands. I also think they offer a very unique welcome bonus- for a deposit of 20eur you get 1 guaranteed bonus feature on Jammin Jars, but for 50eur and above-2 guaranteed bonuses. This is something I knew Casino Heroes were doing where you could purchase instant bonuses at their Ruby store- I think it's definitely something new and I haven't seen other casinos doing that. But the main reason why I was curious about them was their boom cash- 0.5% cashback that's calculated from your turnover. Reason why it interested me was because I used to play a lot at Casino Heroes but very rarely got any rewards, usually just a couple of free spins even though I would deposit and play a lot. Here at least I could get real cash for bets that eventually I can withdraw- I believe it's a great concept.

So a few days ago I made a deposit of 50eur and got the 2 instant bonuses. Since their bonuses work like parachute bonuses, I decided to try my luck with a few of my favorite games first with real cash- I played Twin Spin, Immortal Romance and Mission Cash slots with minimum bets. I had a few decent wins but my balance never reached 100eur which was my goal for the session. I played for a few hours but eventually lost my balance. Then I activated my bonuses- first one paid only 10x bet, but second one- 50x bet. With around 13eur balance that had 40x wagering, I went to play Rise of Merlin, but the game wasn't in a good mood and I lost the balance quite quickly.

Overall I have a very good first impression of Boom casino, I love their game selection, games run smoothly and navigation is player-friendly. I'm excited to continue playing there more and explore the boom cash rewards. So far I definitely recommend them.
