Money processed but still didn't reach my casino account
I would like to submit a complaint against boom casino.
On June 15th I made 2 deposits (400 EUR and 390 EUR) to the casino via Klarna/Sofort, but the money did not reach my casino account. Live chat told me on the same day that the money will bounce back to my bank account within 5 business days. But it did not until today. I already send copies of my bank statement and detailed information of my deposits to the support team. After some days they told me, that it takes time until Wednesday (yesterday) this week. Askgamblers please help me to get my money back from Boom Casino.
