Boaboa Casino - Bonus and closure

Hi, it's been over a month since I heard from my ex favorite casino and I don't know what to do, so I came here to file a complaint as my last resort.

I'll keep it short so here it goes. They owe me more than two thousand in bonuses and cashback, I can't get anybody to talk to me for over a month, and they keep ignoring me.

I send not one or two email on support mail and on vip mail and nothing. I tried to talk with two vip managers that I was assigned to and nobody replied even tho I can see that they had read my messages.

I really didn't know what to do, but the amount of disrespect I am getting from this casino is really incredible...let me just say I am their vip customer from 2023 I think, with their highest diamond status, but this doesn't matter I guess.

And all that led me to ask them to please close my account last week, I even wrote them all the things that they need to hear to really have a reason to close my account but guess what? They didn't reply... it's like I don't exist for them anymore, but of course, I can still give them some more.

I think I can forget the money I was promised, since almost all the vip bonus promotions vas made through Telegram chat and by phone calls from my first vip manager (I have some email, but still...) or am I wrong?

If that is right, I wish only that they listen to my last request and close my account for good and I'll make my peace with some 'good' reviews.

Can you please help me with some advice on what should I do?

Boaboa Casino - Breached Responsible Gambling Rules
Good day,

I deposited in Boaboa in early December 2018. Deposited around 7K in the begging and reached to 30K.
I asked via chat and Via email to put my account on deposit and playing limits as I am addicted to gambling and I will loose all- their answer was they dont have such function. I was actually begging them to put my account on hold so I dont play my winnings, but no result.They have 0 responsible gambling features.
1. On 12.12.2018 I lost all that I won and my deposits and sent them email to close my account permanently.
2. AS per their terms they should have closed it within 24hrs, but of course not done, well knowing that I am addicted they stared attracting with VIP club and cash backs.
3. On 13.12.2018 I was sure my account is closed, as per my instructions sent to them, but as gambler I wanted to recheck and tried to deposit again and it worked and I started depositing more and more, they were giving cash back bonus and I lost all I had.
4. Now I want to get at least my deposits back from date 13.12.2018 which are in total EUR 13,174. I have all the transactions to Tranello holding highlighted in my bank statements from date 13.12.2018. 3 Bank accounts
Hellenic bank in total eur 6534
Bank of Cyprus personal account in total eur 5360
Bank of Cyprus my company account in total eur 1280
5. On 19 January 2018, when I lost everything already they closed my account

I am sending all attachments via email, if you require more proofs please let me know instead of rejecting my complain, as it takes time to submit.

Very good casino! This is not a real Casino!!!! This is scum casino!!!

I decided to describe my "adventure" with the boaboa casino.
Account verification is absurd. Before full verification of the account, I won about 8000 PLN (around 3700 Euro). Of course, they did not pay me money before full account verification, which looked like they were demanding new photos of my identity card, holding me ID card in front of me, holding me face proof against the computer with the boaboa page turned on, ecopayz account screen shot with such information that did not appear on one page, etc. absurd things. I keep emails from them, I can publish them. When I lost almost everything in the end, somehow my account was verified.
Naively believing that now everything will be ok I played on and then bumm in Amazon's slot I won about 37 000 PLN (about 9500 Euro) - 60 PLN rate (about 15 Euro) almost wild comet.
Also, this money was not paid, they rejected my payouts, they dragged everything until I lost everything. I will add that I had according to their regulations, the possibility of paying about 10,000 euros.
But this is not the end after asking for blocking the account, they blocked it but they harassed me with calls, emails, text messages (No Responsible Gambling). They tempted with bonuses until I finally naively agreed, lost a bit and decided to block my account, guess sure that the situation with soliciting to return has been repeated.
I am sure that many more people have similar cases. Describe them, do not get robbed.
I will add that I described this situation once on the guru casino site but the post was removed. I wonder why???

Asked for Limites- rejected, asked to close my account they did after one week when I lost everything. under their Terms they have to close in 24 hrs.

Nothing to like about BoaBoa casino. Looks like the next scam casino trying to make you not able to withdraw anything. Besides all misleading terms and conditions (e.g. 500 euro max withdraw requests daily), after waiting for a couple of days, they cancel deposits for no reason and ask you to contact them. Phone numbers not working, mailing takes days etc. so you will be lucky if you withdraw anything. I dont wanna imagine if some high stake gambler hit 15k euro or more, he would perhaps need to wait few years to withdraw most of it. I would not recommend wasting your money in this casino.

They have a lot of providers and games. That's it.

1. The Games are loading very slowly sometimes.
2. The Playing was often interrupted with different Errors during the Spins!
3 A lot of dead spins in the row.
4 The Slots paid nothing on all Sessions I had!

To verify account you have to make selfie??? Common its 2018 what are you doing? Way to much papers just to verify account. For me its that little bit dumb, to make some money fraud with own credit card with limit and by deposit 20€ lol

Chat is slow and unfriendly

To close account you have to write an email, and if you have real problems they take time to close it, so that they press some more money out of you, not looking on players issues. Wheel mostly casinos dont anyway.
