Horrible experience from start to finish. This casino repeatedly holds withdrawals in “pending” status for weeks without any real progress or clear communication. Each time I contact support, I’m told that my withdrawal is “waiting to be reviewed by another team,” with no timeframe or explanation provided.
Unfortunately, this is not a one-time issue. I have experienced the same problem several times, which shows a clear pattern rather than an isolated delay. I have also filed two complaints about this before — both were eventually resolved, but only after a very long waiting time, which is simply not acceptable when it comes to accessing your own funds.
Another major issue is their bonus system. There are no clear safeguards, limits, or warnings in place when using bonus money. If you accidentally place a bet that exceeds the bonus terms, you risk losing all your bonus funds and any associated winnings instantly, without any warning. This feels unfair and poorly designed, especially for regular players. In my case, this resulted in them cancelling winnings of around €6,500, purely because there was no safeguard or stop limit in place to prevent exceeding the bonus rules.
Overall, this kind of handling of player funds and lack of transparency is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as these issues seem to be recurring rather than exceptions.
The only good thing I can mention is that they have early payout on some of the leagues when a team is leading by 2 goals, this applies to football bets on specific leagues.
