Boabet Confirmed Withdrawal Delayed Ca 3600 euros
I’m having a serious issue with Boabet regarding a withdrawal that has still not been paid out, even though it has been confirmed 8 business days ago (possibly 11).
I requested my withdrawal on Sunday, 02.11. It wasn’t confirmed until Wednesday, 05.11, and that only happened after I contacted customer support twice. One support agent even claimed it had been confirmed on Sunday, which was not true — the confirmation only appeared on the 5th.
Since then, I have repeatedly contacted customer support. They keep telling me that their “economics department” is investigating and that customer service has done everything they can. No further explanation has been provided other than the funds are stuck.
Boabet’s own policy clearly states that withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days. Today is 17.11, far beyond their stated timeframe, and I still have not received the funds. If its true what the first person on customer support has stated its been 11 business days.
The pending amount is approximately €3,600, which is a significant sum. I believe I have been patient enough and cooperative with sending in bank transactions when they asked for it, but the lack of transparency and the continued delay are extremely concerning.
I am asking for assistance in getting Boabet to process the withdrawal they have already confirmed, and to understand why this delay has occurred despite exceeding their own payout limit. I have asked if they can provide chatlogs from my contact with them, but waiting to hear back from them.
Simply, I want my funds on my account.
