Dear AquaPanda, thank you for your honest feedback. We will take your point about promotions and we will work on making better like we always do since 2015.
There are various types of games, you can find all the games you want to play. I like the e-sports section, all popular games can be found here. Accepts lots of cryptocurrencies, and an amazing VIP program. Customer support is relatively slow compared to for example Trustdice and Stake. But this is not a big problem as I am patient.
Dear musiccomputer, thank you for your honest feedback. We will take your point about customer service and make sure that we offer you the best one out there.
It's the only casino I use nowadays. It offers tons of promotions almost daily plus it supports many cryptocurrencies hence we can pick ones that suit us best!
Thank you Maat for taking the time and good luck!!
Bitsler is my favorite crypto casino. I'm playing on Bitsler for about 3 years. I've never seen a casino like Bitsler. Fast withdrawal, Excellent Support Team, Monthly Coupon, Giveaways, Daily Bitsler Competition & more. Above all, Bitsler is safe & secure. I like & love it so much.

Dear KK123haveakitkat, thank you for the feedback. Yes, we are very proud about our friendly chat, the best community chat out there in our opinion and we will make sure it stays that way for years to come.
Best casino I have ever played - a lot of different games to choose from, excellent support, a very convenient menu, the ability to exchange cryptocurrency on the spot without using third-party exchangers.

Super casino, fast deposits and withdrawals; multiple original bistler games; a lot of providers and cryptocurrencies; good mods and good staff; good community and a lot of coupons and good monthly bonuses.
Thank you FrenchHomeless for your feedback and we wish you good luck!!
Bitsler has become my favorite among all the casinos. Gives wins regularly. It invites users to play dice, among other games, and win bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. In general, the best site to date. I was pleased that the support service here is excellent. Overall, the Bitsler casino exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable and reliable online gambling experience. The casino offers a fair gaming environment and exceptional customer service.
Dear Vladimirus, thank you for the feedback. We hope to always strive to perfection for our community in the future as well.
I like Dice and Boom though I like almost all the game of bitlser. I also Like their wagering bonus, rains, weekly bonus, and daily bonus, more attractive is the billion bets event.
I like almost all the features of bitsler and their customer support service too. But if they give misinformation on the support they do not take any liability for the misinformation.
Dear baldakow thank you for your feedback and we will make sure that we always give the best answers to our community .
Bitsler is one of my favorite places to gamble. Clean and stable interface, fast payouts and many different games. And one of the Best things: they offer a lot of bonuses and contests. In my opinion, it's the Best crypto Casino.
Min. Bet on Dice is too high, at least 1 cent on Dice is a Bad idea! The Design needs to be overhauled. It looks a bit old-school and needs a brand-new stunning design.
Love the huge rakeback percentage (up to 50%) promotions they have been running recently and have great customer support that actually knows how to handle complex technical and other issues immediately if needed🔥.
Nothing yet 👍🏻
I've been playing at bitsler for many years and I'm very satisfied. Fast deposit and withdrawal! Support is always there! The selection of games is great.
A good casino with the most exciting events, an excellent VIP program. The site itself is intuitive and easy to use and the support is on top! A lot of games give makes the process diverse, and new releases will not let you get bored! All in all, a great casino to spend your time in!
Bitsler.com is an amazing site for sports and online gaming. Their customer service is top-notch and they always look after their customers in a prompt and courteous manner. This site is amazing and I recommend it for anyone looking for a great gaming experience.
I am a member of Bitsler casino since 2018 but that web doesn't deceive me. That casino site has new games every month. The monthly bonus keeps me going to play. It has 'provably fair' game so it is up to the player to win or lose. The seed can be changed when you play for a few minutes. There are many deposits method and withdrawals. I particularly like the secure cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal. Admin is available to answer any issue for any member 24/7. There is another thing I like, the speed of the game when I play Dice, it is wonderful. Chat room has many different languages available: I can write and read English even though it is not my mother tongue so it is easy for me to communicate with all members from over the world. Bitsler casino always verifies the account of any member when I sign in: Ip address, e-mail, and browser. That is cool. Members feel secure.
Best rakeback ratio and the best support to help. Support is always available to help and solve any issue. Withdrawals also are instant and the leveling chests are pretty awesome.
I feel like winning is harder. The house games could be better. I also don't like that cashback is not a set amount, and that you combine all the different cryptocurrencies that they have.
The atmosphere and customer service are the best part of bitsler. I've been a player for years and enjoy relaxing while playing a few of their house titles such as keno and cryptothugs.
I dislike the fact that the coupons and bonuses require such high amounts to be wagered before receiving them. Not everyone can afford to wager two thousand dollars twice a month.
Very good betting environment, great screen interactivity, lots of practicality, interesting games, and what I like most about Bitsler is the number of environments where we can play for free and still be rewarded, not to mention the helpfulness of Support and moderators... anyway if it gets better, it spoils.
It's a bookmaker, so the chance of losing is very high, base bets are very high, minimum withdrawal rates are very high too, some games too, and there is no option to change to fiat currency, they have a very high base bet.
Its a great place to play with many games and a good comunity. They have very good promos. The payments system works very good and its fast, without questions and manual approves. Its also possible to exchange coins in site.
Great casino. The deposit bonus percentage is good and unlocking is faster than anywhere else. In addition, the RTP of the original game is also wonderful because it does not have a terrible bias like other casinos and you can play with peace of mind.
The operation is smooth and the bonus for the first deposit is released quickly... Still, if you dare to look for the bad points and say it... well, I think it would be even better if the design was a little cooler.
I most love that the interface is very friendly and easy to navigate. The chat room is awesome with understanding Admins and MODs.
Monthly bonuses, social giveaways and chatroom games are a must to look forward to.
Security is superb, deposit and withdrawals swift and support is excellent.
I always look forward to coming only and having fun with other bitlians.
The games offered have their own zest. They are very simple and fast. If you want to relax, this is the option for you. The most important thing is that there are no problems with finances. Deposits are instant, payouts are also fast. It's just a pity that the commission, but if it's not a trifle, then it's tolerable.
Best crypto casino, I've been playing for over 4 years now and it never let me down. Congratulations! Always keep innovating and bringing new games to our entertainment.
Bitsler is a nice site. Good games. User-friendly site design and a lot more. I would recommend it to someone who wants to experience a good betting experience on site. I will recommend bitsler anyday anytime.
I love this place, you can hardly find such decent crypto casinos nowadays. Fast deposits/withdrawals, support ready to help anytime and there is a big variety of games.
Moderating team, a support that really solves any unforeseen situation that the player may have. Without a doubt, if I were to indicate any mining platform, it would be Bitsler. I already made a lot of money here at bitsler. super easy platform to move, games that I really like to play and always updating, another differential that bitsler offers...
I don't like it when the platform goes into maintenance. other than that I recommend bitsler. sometimes the plays are a little slow, but that's part of it when you have thousands of players on the same server, whenever I lose, I recover easily, so speaking ill of bitsler is a little difficult, even more so with so much good stuff to offer.
Bitsler is blessings for me.I love Bitsler. I have bought my new mobile with the earnings of Bitsler. I like to play dice. It's a addiction for me to play and Rakeback is awesome.
Bitsler is becoming harder day by day. Dice was quite easy to win before but in these days it's to hard to win in dice. I think Bitsler authorities should be more flexible in this regard.
Compare Bitsler Casino to Other Casinos
I've been playing there for a long time and there customer service is the best and variety of games is top notch. They also have a great community in there live chat
Only complaint I have is there promotions could be more consistent. Other then that nothing stands out as being worthy of a complaint. They have it going good.
