This is by far the fastest casino that verifies your account and processes your withdrawal ever. Huge selection of games. Very unhappy with the service received from this Casino( Bit Dreams), almost seems like they have a hidden agenda with players trying to withdraw funds from the Casino, on the site it states 3-10 working days to process a withdrawal yet I am now waiting since the 28th of June and my withdrawal is still pending.
Every time I query this I get the same answer " please be patient " , when I ask to be transferred to a manager I get told they cannot, when I ask for this to be escalated I get told that it is with their finance department and that's all the info I can get.
I'm not very happy, I read the above comments of people being very happy with the service yet I have not experienced this.
I would like to warn people of this Casino as they take your funds no problem but then delay your withdrawal, I'm not sure if I will ever get these funds processed as this now almost seems like a scam casino by the responses I received thus far.
