I think that this casino is pretty solid to play on because it's home to awesome game providers and the payment options are quite diverse. it's pretty good to think about given that the live chat is pretty good to talk to. Mobile gaming is good too.

I have been a customer of Bitdreams for almost a week now. Have only positive things to say, only a small minus. There is a great layout on the website. Perfect for playing slots via desktop. The mobile app is also very nice to play in. Easy to navigate. Support is brilliant. Fast, nice. It took me 5 hours from uploading documents to verifying my account. From experience, this takes 24-48 hours at other casino sites. Withdrawals were approved immediately All in all, a top casino site to play at.

This is by far the fastest casino that verifies your account and processes your withdrawal ever. Huge selection of games. I played at Bitdreams few times now and they have great welcome bonuses, as a player ofc you want lower wagering and that could be a bit lower. I like the daily promotions they have and you get well rewarded to be a loyal player!
The design could be a bit better, the games lobby are a bit confusing and messy sometimes. More specific categories and able to save favourite games and last played with easier access.

I love the Bitdreams design and wide selection of games. They also have a great customer support team who are quick to help. Everything is really cleared out and I have no issue understanding the terms and conditions of the promotions they offer.

Compare Bitdreams Casino to Other Casinos
Very unhappy with the service received from this Casino( Bit Dreams), almost seems like they have a hidden agenda with players trying to withdraw funds from the Casino, on the site it states 3-10 working days to process a withdrawal yet I am now waiting since the 28th of June and my withdrawal is still pending.
Every time I query this I get the same answer " please be patient " , when I ask to be transferred to a manager I get told they cannot, when I ask for this to be escalated I get told that it is with their finance department and that's all the info I can get.
I'm not very happy, I read the above comments of people being very happy with the service yet I have not experienced this.
I would like to warn people of this Casino as they take your funds no problem but then delay your withdrawal, I'm not sure if I will ever get these funds processed as this now almost seems like a scam casino by the responses I received thus far.
