I like the casino itself, it looks very appealing and good on both mobile and pc, it has a very good variety of games from all the top makers, although sometimes slow it works well. the customer support is good and they respond fairly quick. The live chat button doesn't work on the site which is a bummer but hey, I can just send an email and I get a pretty quick answer.

Very unhappy with the service received from this Casino( Bit Dreams), almost seems like they have a hidden agenda with players trying to withdraw funds from the Casino, on the site it states 3-10 working days to process a withdrawal yet I am now waiting since the 28th of June and my withdrawal is still pending.

I played at Bitdreams few times now and they have great welcome bonuses, as a player ofc you want lower wagering and that could be a bit lower. I like the daily promotions they have and you get well rewarded to be a loyal player!
The design could be a bit better, the games lobby are a bit confusing and messy sometimes. More specific categories and able to save favourite games and last played with easier access.
The wagering requirements for the bonuses could be a bit better, as always with bonuses you want the lowest.
