When I first registered I deposited few times by paypal. After a short while started depositing by card and it lasted for good few months. When it came to withdrawing I was only allowed to withdraw back to paypal and not to my debit card, even though most of my deposits were made by card indeed. Well that got me very annoyed and as impulsive as I can be I just self-excluded for god knows how long lol
I understand casino has to comply with money-laundering legislation but that was just plain silly and idiotic.
Hence I'm giving betsson 2 stars as I haven't had pleasurable experience overall.

I have tried a lot of different casino's and I can honestly say this is the best one. I never leave reviews but this is needed, not to say I haven't lost a bit of money but I have had my fair share of big wins aswell. The support is really bad when you have a question or issue. No respons or a bad response. So everything is fine untill you get a issue or you have some questions about stuff.

On joining tried to deposit when an error code appeared. Chatted with Tim in live chat about it, he couldn't explain it and said it would be investigated and they would get back to me shortly, 2 days later still hadn't heard anything, so again went on live chat, was told it was still being looked into. I decided at this point to just close my account as I felt if it takes this long to look at a deposit how long would it take if there was a problem with a withdrawal.

As of time of writing they have frozen my account but still not closed, and was told the relevant department will e-mail me when it is closed. Still not had any communication on any of above issues going on for 5 days

Signed up and deposited. I was playing a particular slot, was returning around 28% rtp. I asked live chat to confirm figures, and they flat refused. I asked why, they gave me no reason. I conclude that this casino CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
