Page 4 – Player Reviews for Betsson Casino

Big choice of games, fast payouts and many deposits methods.

Just 10 Freespins each da in starburst when you using your welcome bonus.

Good website and range of games, both live and slots. I was winning very little, but still managed to earn something.

They were a bit painful at the beginning due to my verification documents but in the end received my winning.

My experience so far with Betsson Casino is good for me as a new player. Live chat is always open 24hrs and i have experienced that. They were so helpful and answers all your queries.

I dont like that they are a small number of bonuses that i get. I receive only one or two email from casino with deposit bonuses and no any email with no deposit chip or freespins on any game even starburst that is very cheap for casino.

Nothing, I didn’t get a chance to play. As they don’t offer funds in CDN dollar

I would’ve like to try this casino, however even though they accept Canadian players, they don’t credit you in CDN dollars

Wide variety of live dealer games, enjoy the high selection of progressive slots, good support. Nice design.

Not the best bonuses, and quite strict as well. Find it a bit complicated to play my bonus free, but maybe is just me.

Best casino I've ever played, fast site, friendly staff, lots of payment options, lots of withdrawal option, high RTP, all slots you can think of and even a 4 figure cashout was done in a few hours

Not a lot of promotions, I have a sportsbook bonus which I don't need and I don't get any other promo since I've registered.

I really want to ask, does the owners/shareholders of this casino knows that they have such unreasonable and irresponsible customer support working for them? Customer service is what a lot of people look at when they make decisions. I have been with betsson for almost 3 years. I love how they have fast withdrawal times and easy winning.. etc.

But today this person I talked with on live chat is the worst customer service i have ever met for the last 25 years of my life.Talking to me and giving me answers totally based on his/her current mood. He/she completely ignores my questions and needs.He/She only gives me the same answer using different words again and again without even trying to help me solve my issue. I have many friends that plays on Betsson.com that complaint about how rude some of the support are. I didn't believe them until today.

In conclusion, I want to thank you betsson for those 3 years of fun I had regardless of winning and loses, and thanks to the very generous relevant team for all the great bonuses, and thanks to that lazy support that taught me how important customer service is and how greatly it can affect a compnany's reputation.

Pretty unknown casino really in my country. Discovered by sport betting. Pros:
- easy verification
- quick site

Obviously, poor range of slots. There is a lot blackjack variations, but it's not really popular here.

Nice Offers and Bonus. Nice Overview, Design. Good selection of Games.

For travelers not perfect as access got denied based on the IP I guess. Would be nice if I could play also while having my business trips.

With my experience its ok.
Need to improve video quality
One negative I can tell payput process

Guys be aware if you winning is not enough u have one more task big withdraw process these guys asking paper proof to upload as a verification document.

So many documentation.I didn't see this much in any casinos. They have to improve this. They simply can't tell its a market full security process these guys following its a irritating process they have to improve this.

Just a dream when it comes to selections of games. Also very easy to deposit and play. I also trust this casino a lot I feel my money is safe with them

I don't like that someone else mentioned that there is a maximum bet size on bonuses which I wasnt aware of until I checked the terms and condition. But they never enforced this rule on me though.

Trustworthy casino with great selection of games. Verification process took about 24h and winnings arrived same day after my account was verified.

If you play with a bonus, there will be a maximum allowed bet size but I guess that seem to be the norm.

Beautiful casino with Huge selection of games. Fast support and payments

Lots of different games, sportsbook works well and lots of sports.

Customer service always give basic answers and pretend they care but you feel they don't. They purposely make sure your withdrawal is pending for over 24 hours in the hope you will keep playing and lose it all again, they do not have the option to flush the withdrawal. Because of this I am done playing here. Unibet processes within an hour and has flush withdrawal. I'll stick to Unibet. Betsson is shady with withdrawals in my opinion.

Nice casino whit Huge selection of games .
Fast support
No problems whit my withdrawals

no offer for free spins for registrations , some time have a lag .

Nice casino with a lot of different games. Good variety and nice page

Page lagging too much and working slowly. Slow deposit

Good variety of games. You serve a lot of bonuses. Netent games plus

I used to like your casino. Nowdays bonuses aint working, I have to beg bonus moneys from chat. I also have to sign on many times to registrate on a campaign, even though I have a new phone. No Christmas free spins even u have played 4xxx amount on your casino since last 2 months. Rude cust service. I used to love your casino, what have happened?

- A lot of attractive bonuses
- Fast operation of the site
- Very friendly and helpful support
- Very good selection of games

Actually, everything is ok, but the payout speed could be stronger, ending I put the maximum for the above-mentioned advantages.

Huge selection of games, limited bonuses but website easy to use and fast withdrawals. I actually can't find fault in this casino, and after researching have found Betsson to be one of the recommended casinos by websites who have tried and tested casino's for players.

Never got any Freespins or Bonus money from casino, sometimes slots run slow......

Betsson is a very big and trusted casino with a lot of games and I have been playing here for a long time. The best part of Betsson is the (evolution) live casino, there is no better live casino.

Verification of documents took very long and usually withdrawals are processed quickly, but sometimes it takes longer than 24 hours (Neteller)

I like the fact that when you sign up at Betsson and you can immediately receive a 100% match deposit bonus and other bonuses on deposit. There is no need always to contact their customer support team. Besides, there are plenty of interested games, good graphic.

This is my favourite trusted casino by far. I have been playing online casino's for over few months and Betsson has became my favourite trusted casino. I like the transparency off this site showing the RTP of every game.

Huge selection of games, lots of competitions and bonuses, website easy to use and very fast withdrawals. I actually can't find fault with this casino, and after researching have found Betsson to be one of the recommended casinos by websites who have tried and tested casino's for players.

Good stuff, nice chatting especially with Matt* .(Anton) Thanks Betsson's :) No1 !!

Betsson is what you want every other casino to be like. My experience was simple, Signed up without a problem, deposited and received the bonus without a problem, All the games loaded and played great. I deposited a second time and again no problem and luckily this time I managed to win some money!. I withdrew the funds via bank transfer and a couple of hours later got the message to verify my account which is pretty standard. I uploaded my documents and a couple of hours later account was verified. the money stayed pending for about 10-12hrs and I got an email saying it was processed and to my suprise the money was in my account the next day. I have played at a LOT of casinos over the years and most of them make you wait 2-3 days before processing a withdrawl, a lot of them will mess you around with verification but I really must acknowledge Betsson for their professionalism. Places like this add confidence to a player in knowing that when you win you wont be messed around. Betsson keep up the good work and I hope you continue to provide players the same experience that I had as I'm sure you will continue to build a loyal network of customers. A++

My overall experience was great and I dont have any negative feedback. I do think some players might find the lack of bonuses an issue. I'm not too big on bonuses my self but I think a lot of players would probably like maybe a weekend bonus buster etc.

Lots of providers, easy verification, good bonuses and campaigns.

I love how you use real money first and can cancell a bonus at any time to make a withdraw. The best thing is that real money also count to wagering.

Support is always friendly and if anything's wrong or not working they always fix it, and I've been compensated more than enough when I've had problems.

The withdraw time seems to shift a lot though, between a few minutes and 24 hours. Not a big deal but at other casinos you can usually tell if it takes around 1 or 16 hours.

The only bad thing I can think of is that when you participate in some campaigns, even though you get a message that you've signed up for it, something goes wrong and you're not. Live chat is always there to help though so it's not a big problem.

I like the big library of games they have, i like the layout of the site and that the support staff is fast to asnwer in the live chat even tho they dont help so much just copy and paste they standars answeres.

I do not like how much of a hazzle it is to make a withdrawal, i´ve been promised by serveral supportmembers now that its all fine but my withdrawals is still cancelled even after sending in all the documentation they asked for (id, bill, bank statement, car info) all of it. even after this all they said was pretty much just try again.

Excellent gameplay and most providers mean that more games are here than most other casinos. Generous payouts and tourneys as well.

One of the good ones! Lots of providers and supported by visa with 3 day cashout and quick Ewallet payments. Something for everyone here aprt from video slots which is mad as there are so many providers. Good on mobile and slick.

Eh everything lol but my favourite games is dead or alive I feel this game is great for low and high stakes and you get a good return on the bonus and great value for your money. Betson is definitely up there with the best if not the best I think I will stick with this site and another one I like but this review is about betson keep up the great work guys you made me a happy wi man today so I thought I would leave a review. Turned 80 pounds into 4600 on a 90p stake but I have also had great wins on 18p as well on a 50 deposit at least once a month I can normally get a return of a 1000 pound in a session normally off 30 or 50 pound good value for money if you have some spare time in ur hands because most of the time I play for at least 3 to 5 hours keep my occupied but I do try to keep gambling as fun as possible and do gamble responsibly so be aware you can’t win all the time.

Nothing awtall to dislike with this casino bestson is definitely all about the thrills and excitement.

Excellent site games although some favourites seem to have been removed still a vast amount to chose from. Had a very good win fast speedy payouts

Not had one single bonus I think due to a very good win. Good loyalty bonuses are what keep me going back so the lack of them is putting me off otherwise they would have given 10

Interface is rather good, it's not obsessive
Big variety of games - anyone can find something suitable
Mobile version - for me it's very comfortable
Support 24/7 - they answer very fast

Limited number of withdrawal methods disappoints much
