Betsamigo Casino - There is no reason to keep my money

Hi, I have 605,30 euros in Betsamigo Casino. I have requested a withdrawal 250 euros. Their chat says that they process withdraw in 48 hours but nothing have happened in that time. The chat says " Withdrawal requests get processed within 48hours". I am still waiting my money. I have also send email for withdrawal but it is not answered.

I have done everything right, KYC etc. There is no reason to keep my money.

Betsamigo Casino - Delaying Withdrawal Process - 500 EUR

I created a Betsamigo account a few weeks ago using their welcome sports bonus (Deposit €10 or more and become the ultimate bettor with a 100% Welcome Sports Reload up to the value of €100). Over the following days i bet a fair bet, fulfilling the bonuses wagering requirements. I had read good reviews about Betsamigo so i felt quite safe, however to ensure it operates ethically i wanted to test their withdrawal system, as I have read reviews for other casinos and saw this is often where online casinos become problematic.

Before attempting to withdraw I saw I have to verify the account, as such i submitted a proof of address using the national address registry, bank account statement and an image of my card used to deposit. After accepting my proof of address and denying my bank statement and image of debit card they requested a copy of my passport, which i quickly sent in. One day later i was told my accounts KYC was complete and that my account was verified. At this point i assumed the withdrawal process should be quick, this was on the 19th of February. As such i attempted a 500 euro withdrawal (just under half my account balance), they however quicly cancelled this pending withdrawal and requested more documents, they asked for an official bank statement, so i once again quickly submitted one but they declined it as my bank statement doesn't show my IBAN on it. So i contacted my bank to find a proof of account document which shows the requested details, submitted it, and it was accepted. At this point I assumed since thats all they asked for that I could now withdraw, however it was once again not the case. Since then in all seperate emails one by one after i submit each they have requested a photo of me with my passport, and a proof of me owning my phone number in the form of a mobile provider statement. Once i submitted all this i was told it was all complete.

Finally i once again attempted to withdraw on the 24th of February, yet have received no updates on it. According to the Betsamigo chat bot it says withdrawals are to be processed within 48 hours, however this clearly is not the case. I decided to contact a live support agent today and was informed that my withdrawal was having to undergo further verification.

I for one have found this proccess to be unnaceptable as it has been made abundantly clear that the Betsamigo team will do anything possible to delay the withdrawal process in hopes of you gambling away all the money rather than withdrawing it.

Betsamigo Casino - Not paying my 800 Euros

My withdrawal has been going on since the 31st January, 800 euro no bonus taken.

I have been fully verified and they keep delaying the payment. It's now the 11th February.

No live chat, no answers to my emails.

Please help. I have reached out to this casino loads of times and I'm told some accounts take longer to verify. I have gave them everything they have asked for, it's been verified so why is it still pending.

Betsamigo claim that they are doing a further security check on me. They are trying to find any reason not to pay out winnings. My withdrawal for a 1000 euros has been pending since 20th of January.

I have been KYC-verified since July 2023 but they have kept asking for documents. I have sent them everything. Selfie with my driving license, my passport and my national ID card. I have sent them my phone bill. I have sent a photo of my debit card.

Good afternoon dear forum the first complaint was rejected for several reasons I understood this and drew conclusions. Now let's start,

My account hasn't been verified for a long time I sent a lot of documents but the casino did not approve them although all the documents are perfect after the next download of documents my account is fully verified (I provide a screenshot of the letter) after that I logged into my account and put money for withdrawal (I provide a screenshot ) then I wrote a letter to the casino mail and received an answer that you have to wait two days until the finance department approves the withdrawal (I provide a screenshot of the letter).

Today they are canceling my withdrawal and they write that you need a document confirming iban and swift(I provide a screenshot of the letter)although I made a deposit with a bank card not from a bank account In their rules it is written that withdrawal is carried out to the system with which the deposit was made why should I withdraw money to another system if I have nothing to do with it?

I sent the document of course, but the casino deliberately delays the withdrawal of money so that the player loses everything I passed verification for a month and now I have to wait a month for the withdrawal of money?

Please help me in this situation

I am having problems in withdrawal my money.

12 days already and they cancelled my withdrawal. I won some bets and they remove my bonus and now I can even withdrawal my real money.

My account is already verified. I didn't do anything wrong, the only thing was that I won some bets.

I have already the kyc verified, use my own bank account the deposit and withdrawal. I did already several deposits and some withdrawals.

I was using this account for at least more than 4 months without any problem. Why they don't let me withdraw the money that I deposit? There is no bonus in that money. They removed the bonus without my permission.

Even after providing the required documents and having my account verified with several proofs of documents several tries to withdrawals have been declined without a reason.

Betsamigo has been withholding a withdrawal since the 27th June. The account has been fully, extensively, verified. Id/bill/payment/neteller info/selfie, after that they send me an email saying "Your account’s verification process has been successfully completed (25/06)"

When I made my withdrawal, I was asked for my Neteller transactions to show where my deposit came from:

I provided all of my transactions last 30 days. Before depositing 100usd into Betsamigo account I sold 0.091 BTC (about 2500 USD) should be a proof to my neteller proof of funds. I have neteller account since 2008, in that time should deposited but after that start online poker campaign winning some money over the time. Then many years later start buying BTC and other altcoins making my bankroll. So they asking me a recent proof of deposit wich I don't have, So that site only receives loser players who deposited every month.

I want intervention and solution, please. Thanks!
