The 1 extra star comes, because the verification was quite fast, (like 12 hours), and at least finally I got to get my money + small winnings out of the casino safely.

The site just doesn't work. It's incredibly slow. Same with laptop & phone. I tried also other sites just to make sure the problem isn't in my laptop or connection, and it wasn't. I was really afraid I could never even get my money out. When I finally got to play; I played my favorite game Divine Fortune; when I hit a small win and my balance in the game was 362.5 euros (initially I deposited 300); it didn't transfer to my balance in the upper bar of the casino page.
