Betn1 Casino

Nothing positive to report about this casino. Untrustworthy allowing Uk players to register.

Betn1 is illegally accepting UK players and is aware as he UK appears in the drop box for location. As the casino is in breach of UK laws it is safe to say they are in my opinion untrustworthy- I have reported this to the MGA and netent.

Games crash when bonuses are awarded forcing a reload and the bonuses disappear. Stay clear folks.

Nothing good to say about a casino that lets people register without licence to cater for them.

This casino lets UK players register and play even though they do not have a UK licence.

Betn1 Casino is another place where sportbook is on the firs plan. Besides sportbook and casino games they also offer poker, then bingo games as well as the possibility to bet on virtual sporting events. As for the casino games, in the Betn1 offer of games are Netent, Play'n Go and games of a few more lesser-known software providers.

The bonuses for the sportbook players are not bad but I have not found any bonus offer for the casino. In fact, there is a free spins special i.e. the casino offers you the chance to win up to 60 free spins. When, beside to this offer, I clicked on the "read more" nothing has happened. I repeated the click at least 10 more times and still nothing. Obviously there are some issues with their website. Also, they do not have a live chat as an option to contact the casino support. The customer support here is available only via e-mail.

The registration at the casino itself is a little more complicated than at most other casinos where I have an account. Also I noticed one major mistake during the registration. In fact, when I supposed to choose a country of origin, instead of "Bosnia and Herzegovina" is stated "Bosnia and Erzegovina". Although it is about only one letter that is missing I think this is big omission. In addition to my time and effort that I have spent, I did not succeed to find some information for the speed of the cash-outs process on their website. If the information that I have here at AG is correct, I think of the data that the pending time here last even 96 hours, then it means that the cash-outs process here is unacceptably long. There are few players who will have the patience to wait 4-5 business days for payment. The Betn1 casino does not offer anything because of what I would decide to play here. Therefore, it has a negative rating from me i.e. 5 out of 10 possible stars.

I saw that Betn1 added to new casino list on AskGamblers and decided to give it a shot. I must admit I was in hurry to try it out, so I misread the welcome promotion to discover later it is for live casino. I deposited 19€ and went to play, oppened one of my fav NetEnt slot, I noticed that my balance is 00.00€. I wrote to support multiple times asking them to resolve the issue, but all the rep. responses are irrelative and not addressing my specific query.

To make long story short until now 2 days after my deposit I am not able to play with my balance and considering to file a complain against this casino here in AskGamblers if they do not resolve this in reasonable time.

This casino is just a mess, the layout is very confusing, the languge changes randomly.
User balance panel/system is confusing and the support rep. really not adressing your query carefully. and lack of live support makes things even worse.
