Where to start with this ultimate scam site. Avoid any bookie that uses the same layout of this site. They say the welcome bonus is 6x deposit + bonus amount and you can follow the wagering requirements for this on the "my bonuses" page. In the end wagered 30x the amount all on odds over 2.00 with maximum bet amount before the money was converted to real money - During this I monitored the bonus page closely and I could see that many bets didn't even give any progress towards the wagering requirements. That's not even the worst. Several times the progress went BACKWARDS!! from 25% to 15%. From 45%-35%. 62%-50% and so on. I have never ever seen any bookie do this before to try and cheat players of their money.
Not only that, if you start winning (anything above 1000 eur) they immediately put max limits on your bets up to 100 eur or less.
They brag about having a lot of bonuses and free bets here and there but whenever you receive a message that you've received one of these bonuses you have to contact live chat every single time just to actually receive the bonus. Not only that, if you have any pending withdrawal or open bets you are not allowed to receive any of these bonuses/freebets.
Live chat has no idea what customer service is and are rude towards their players, also avoiding the question you are asking or don't understand what you're saying even though you write close to perfect English.
