Refuses my verification
After many deposits on 4th of July I finally made 2.000 EUR at Betinia casino. Because it was Sunday I was waiting till 6th of July and ask them at live chat if they need any document to process my withdraw. The operator told me that they need one document, proof of ownership of the bank account I asked my money to be paid. I sent it on the same day. No information till Thursday, 8th of July when they asked my proof of address and the copy of my credit card again. I did send them again in half hour. One day later 9th of July they asked me another document, proof of my salary of June.
At this time I do not have a job, because last year I won 4.000 and 8.000 EUR at online poker, so I dont need to work. I told them so and attached the proof of my winnings from my Unibet account and the proof they paid me too. I also asked them, what else should I send? Their reply was the same letter they sent me on Friday, that they need me to send my salary slip if June what I obviously dont have + I told them my situation already.
Now I ask some help, because they dont answer my question, or process my cashout.
I also tried to call the support at least 50 times to get help but I couldnt speak to anyone.
