Since July 15, 2026, my withdrawal request in the amount of $9,347 has remained unprocessed.

I have repeatedly waited for 30 days, only for my withdrawal request to be rejected without any explanation or valid reason. I have completed all required verification procedures and fully cooperated with the casino’s requests.

I have provided a large number of documents and photographs for verification, including various types of selfies (with a handwritten note and alternative identification documents), as well as a contract with my mobile operator confirming ownership of my phone number, among other documents.

My account has been fully verified, and I have complied with all verification requirements requested by the casino. Despite this, my withdrawal continues to be rejected without a clear explanation, and I am unable to receive my funds.

I am therefore asking the AskGamblers team to objectively review this case, investigate the reasons behind these repeated rejections, and assist me in resolving this matter so that my legitimate funds can be released.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance and hope that this issue can finally be resolved fairly and transparently.

First of all, I want to say that I have tried internally at BeefCasino. They are referring to a complaints email, where they normally answer within 14 working days. It has now been over 30 days; therefore, I seek help and hope at AskGamblers.

I had six combination bets with a match named Østsiden IL vs Råde IL

This leg was settled as void/return. The match was completed normally with a final result of Råde IL winning 4-0, confirmed by the Norwegian Football Federation's official result source: https://www.fotball.no/fotballdata/kamp/?fiksId=9173910. Every other operator I checked settled this match as a standard win for Råde. There was no postponement, abandonment, rule change, misprint, or odds error.

Support's only explanation was that "the result provided by the provider did not confirm the match outcome" and that this "represents the provider's final assessment," with no ability to manually alter settlement. This is not one of the void conditions listed in their own T&Cs, and no evidence was provided that the data provider actually failed to report a result — the official federation source clearly shows one. I raised this in live chat shortly after settlement and was told it was a "data/results provider issue," but it was never resolved or escalated.

It has now been over 2 months since I did not receive these winnings. The amount disputed is 3000 euros, so for me it is a lot of money.

I hope you at AskGambler will help me with this. My gut feeling about Beef Casino is not good in how they operate in such a serious manner.

Can you please tell me exactly what is causing the delay and when the withdrawal will be processed?

My account was blocked right after the withdrawal request. I can't contact support cause they dont answer my email, and I can't recover my account.
