Withdrawal not processed and account blocked i need help

Hello,

My account is fully verified, and my withdrawal has been pending for 10 days.

Can you please tell me exactly what is causing the delay and when the withdrawal will be processed?

My account was blocked right after the withdrawal request. I can't contact support cause they dont answer my email, and I can't recover my account.

I want some clarification.
