This site has a lot of decent and solid games and it's selection, plus you are given that it comes with well known vendors and providers as well. Also it's good that they have multiple payment options, Mobile friendly which is a must in my opinion and one factor that I really appreciate is the live chat which covers a 24/7 live chat and is multi lingual at the same time.
It is great that it has a multi lingual live chat. However it makes no sense if you have that feature yet the casino itself has a lot of restriction on multiple countries.

Relatively new casino from a trusted Dama group. Smooth layout and easy to navigate lobby. Very nice loyalty program and many deposit bonuses starting from the very beginning as you sign up. I personally was bombarded with surprise bonuses even when I deposited raw cash after I used all the welcome bonuses ( 100-200% bonuses added to my balance without even asking which was nice ).
KYC was done almost instantly along with my first withdrawal and all of that in the middle of the night, so no waiting for business hours and I had my money in my Skrill wallet within 15 minutes and that's always good for impatient players.

Just one tiny flaw here. The rewards from the Loyalty program as you progress in it are added to the balance as bonus money instantly after you reach a certain level and that can be problematic because there is a max bet of 5€ on them. My experience was I was buying bonuses with raw cash and the last Bonus Buy I did was exactly at the point of entering a new "level" in the Loyalty program and I was automatically awarded 100€ to the balance AFTER my Bonus Buy ended but the cost of the Buy, of course, overreached the 5€ max bet mark and was already added to the wagering. These kinds of loyalty rewards need to be just sent to your profile promo page for the player to activate them whenever he sees fit and therefore not breach any max bet rules if he plays a bigger bet with raw cash at that very moment he reaches the new Loyalty level. I manage to cash out several hundred € from that reward but I was warned that I surpassed the 5€ max bet by that one Bonus Buy I did and next time the money will be canceled upon withdrawal. Fix this and maybe a little bigger cashout limits and you're absolutely golden!

It does not respect the maximum waiting time of a withdrawal that is 1-4 hours. The first withdrawal was one of 150 euros, made from free spins on it they accepted very quickly.
