I withdrew 500€ from casino amunra and as always they are late with the withdrawal. When I write to them they tell me that I don't need to worry that my money is safe with them. They always have the same problems with them, they are unjustly holding my money. I don't know what is going on with them but this is really not fair to me.

I made a withdrawal of 500 euros on October 11th, and today is October 20th. It has been more than three business days, which is the timeframe you give for completing the withdrawal. They told me in the chat that there are a lot of requests, but that is not my problem. According to the casino, my account does not require verification. I have made several withdrawals and they have almost always been delayed. But never 10 days.

Hello there so I submitted a request for withdrawal since august 18 2025. Its now the 22nd and withdrawal status still under review. I've contacted support numerous time and just promised not to worry and my money is on its way. On their terms withdrawal times is 1 to 3 business day its now the 4th day and as per verification it says my account does not need to be verified at the moment. Simply im putting a complaint as they don't follow up to their terms and making players to ended up canceling and gamble their winnings from here. All the support just being calm assertive and just same promises that its being processed today. I have screen shots on all of this conversation and withdrawal s dates and current status.

I enjoy this casino it has a great range of games and providers but I have been experiencing an issue with them. I made a withdrawal on the 23rd of June 2025 and was advised it would take 3 days to be processed. It is the 30th today and I have been back to customer service everyday for them to tell me not to worry it it being processed. I would also like to add that I used crypto to deposit which is usually much quicker than a bank transfer or other methods.

More than three business days have passed, which is the timeframe you state is required for a withdrawal to be completed.

In the chat, I'm being told there is a high volume of requests, but that's not my problem.

I am submitting this complaint regarding Amunra Casino’s failure to process my withdrawal within the stated timeframe.

On April 23rd, I requested a withdrawal from my account. Despite the website clearly stating that withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, as of May 5th, my withdrawal is still marked as “under review”.

I have reached out to the casino’s live chat and emailed support more than 10 times, consistently receiving the same generic response: that there is a “high volume of requests” and that they cannot provide a specific timeframe.

I was also informed repeatedly that support agents do not have access to information about the progress of my withdrawal.

Screenshots from these chats are attached to demonstrate the repetitive and unhelpful nature of the responses.

Despite assurances that my request was being escalated to the relevant department, no real progress or transparency has been provided.

This ongoing delay and lack of clarity has left me extremely concerned and frustrated, particularly given the misleading processing timeframe advertised on their website.

I have been patient and cooperative, but I feel I have exhausted all reasonable avenues to resolve this directly with the casino.

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delays in processing my withdrawals. AmunRa stated timeframe is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends), yet my withdrawals are taking even longer than that. And I counted from the second day of the withdrawal is made like their rules exactly of payout payments and still always making withdrawals late very late!!.

Moreover my account doesn’t answer in his shifting hours and ignores me. tells me I will speed up the withdrawal process and nothing happens. I even contacted agents from the general chat of the casino ( AmunRa ) and nothing has happened. Sent complaint emails and nothing happens. The account manager is not helpful he says I will read the chats and call you and never did.

I have all evidence to prove it, and I will prove anything you guys want.

This is completely unfair to me and players like me and discourages us from using online casinos. I expect my withdrawals to be processed promptly as per the casino own guidelines. Please resolve this issue immediately.

I made 2 requests for withdrawal, one is dated 27/01/2025 with a value of 100 euros and the other request is dated 29/01/2025 with a value of 400 euros by bank transfer, they need 1-3 days for the request to be completed. I'm really worried, I've been waiting for 7 full days, I've talked to live support, they tell me the same things, your request is pending from the financial department, please, I really want this to be fixed as soon as possible, I'm waiting for a response from you

In 19/1/2025, I requested a withdraw request, until today I'm waiting and daily contacting support team, where they promised me to be as soon as possible. They never told me when is it coming through, only promises no answers. I talked to vip agent and vip department and custumet service via email and through the site for actually more than 40 times and never got any answer. However, amunra casino terms and conditions says that it need 1 to 3 days for my withdrawal to be complete. I played on this site my whole life and had a withdrawal before and it took 1 day to be complete, its my fav site and I love it but I'm afraid if my withdrawal didn't arrive soon I will change my mind. I hope this complaint do any good please help.
