I made a 500 EGP deposit using the payment details provided directly on the casino's deposit page. The money was successfully transferred from my e-wallet, but it was never credited to my casino account.
I fully cooperated with the support team and provided everything they requested: the payment receipt, screenshots, a complete verification video, and an official confirmation from my payment provider. Despite this, my case dragged on for more than a month.
What disappointed me the most was the constantly changing explanation. For weeks, I was repeatedly told that their payment agent had not received the funds. Then, after I had already submitted all the requested evidence, they suddenly changed their position and claimed that the payment details did not match the assigned deposit request, without providing any evidence to support this new claim.
This was not just about losing 500 EGP. It was about the way I was treated as a customer—long delays, contradictory explanations, and no transparency.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this casino. I strongly advise anyone who deposits there to keep every receipt and every piece of evidence, because if something goes wrong, resolving the issue may become a long and frustrating process.

You're forced to put in more money just to attempt an almost impossible task of turning $114.75 into $3,442.50 with your own cash. Even though the support chat (Jeffrey was great at the time) helped navigate the site, he didn't tell me to double-check the terms for this insidious trap that feels like a snake eating its own tail – designed to make you endlessly cycle through deposits without ever seeing your winnings. It really feels like they should have said, "Make sure you check the terms, or this is too good to be true, girl, turn around and run!" Their official "Terms and Conditions" are a novel (50+ pages), contradicting their own system that prevents using bonus funds for playthrough. This is a total scam and massive waste of time. I absolutely hate these predatory, novel-length terms and sneaky catches.

As the AskGamblers site shares a promotional mail regarding this casino, else I would never register here. I have made my deposit on the 6th of this still not processed. Their services are the worst. I have registered a complaint on AskGamblers, never responded, dropped multiple emails, no use, I don't know how such scam sites exist
