I have requested withdrawal of funds 2 days ago, and casino marked the withdrawal successful. But funds did not come to the account. The payment method is mobile wallet that is instant transfer.

I have contacted support by chat, mail and telegram bot, the answer i got in one sentence : the agent transfer the funds. I have asked for the transaction details from processing - all I got is sms photo from vodafone cash with no details that would allow to check furter the transaction. Orange cash receiving wallet operator confirmed that there are no pending transactions and it has to be directed to sender operator. As i use both operators i could contact vodafone cash as well and provided the photo of sms i got from the casino. Of course it is impossible to track or check anything by this sms as it contains o details. But they confirmed that to receiving orange ber was no transaction done and to investigate further we need a transaction number or sender number. Which casino support did not provide although i request it in every message I sent. The answer i get every time: "agent transfers the funds" no details provided what so ever. Please help to get any prove of funds transfer.

Everything after that initial promo hook. After winning 114.75 CAD, their system showed an insane 3442.50 CAD wagering requirement. But then, 'No games available' for bonus play. Support confirmed I had to use my own funds to clear it. They flat-out don't let you use the $114.75 bonus winnings! You're forced to put in more money just to attempt an almost impossible task of turning $114.75 into $3,442.50 with your own cash. Even though the support chat (Jeffrey was great at the time) helped navigate the site, he didn't tell me to double-check the terms for this insidious trap that feels like a snake eating its own tail – designed to make you endlessly cycle through deposits without ever seeing your winnings. It really feels like they should have said, "Make sure you check the terms, or this is too good to be true, girl, turn around and run!" Their official "Terms and Conditions" are a novel (50+ pages), contradicting their own system that prevents using bonus funds for playthrough. This is a total scam and massive waste of time. I absolutely hate these predatory, novel-length terms and sneaky catches.
P.S. I have screenshots of all of this and wish I could add them for more proof for this review.
