Note: This is a payout issue regarding funds won via the Sportsbook/Betting section of the platform

I made two withdrawls of amount KES 95,000 each.
Date of Withdrawal: 07.09.2026
The withdrawals were marked as approved but till today I have not recived the funds.
It has been 53 days since the withdrawals and I have made countless queries regarding this issue without help. I have written emails, used their processing website and all I get is that they are waiting for the payment system to resond.
I even asked the if they can maybe assign this issue to a human agent so that they can look at it manually and then reverse the funds back to my wallet so that I can do another withdrawal but nothing.

This was a very simple mobile money transaction via mpesa and ut should be seamless but instead it has taken 53 days of waiting and they even don't give reasonable explanation why this is happening.

They have really frustrated me because when it comes to deposits they go through seamlessly and even I made some other withdrawals after this and they were all credited.
I have attached the screenshot of the transactions status, transaction ID and the emails and online chat I have had with 888starz.

Withdrawal Blocked and Forced Restricted Payment Method

To AskGamblers Dispute Team and 888Starz Management,
I am filing this formal complaint against 888Starz regarding my account (Account ID: [ 1416950275 ]). I am a fully verified user, and I have successfully deposited and wagered using USDT on the platform.
Currently, 888Starz is deliberately blocking my withdrawals and refusing to pay out my funds through dishonest tactics:
1 - Forced Restricted Payment Method & False Claims: They force me to withdraw via Skrill based on a past one-time deposit, claiming that my Skrill account rejects the transactions with the error "Declined by operator". However, I have checked my Skrill account thoroughly, and it is fully verified with NO limits applied (Unlimited status). My account can receive funds without any restrictions. This proves 888Starz is falsely blaming Skrill as an excuse to hold my money.
2 - Blocking USDT Withdrawals: Since I actively deposited and played using USDT, I am legally entitled to withdraw via USDT. Yet, they deliberately reject and block my USDT withdrawal requests.
3 - Ignored Support: Whenever I reach out, live chat agents redirect me to [email protected], but my emails have been completely ignored for days, leaving me trapped in automated loops.
I have attached proof (Skrill verification and unlimited status screenshots) showing that my Skrill account is 100% operational. I demand an immediate manual intervention from 888Starz management to lift these unfair restrictions and permanently authorize my withdrawals via USDT.

Money withheld shocking lack of solution

Dear gambling community,

888STARZ casino has been withholding my money with no further explanation since 10.10.2026.

I am attaching screenshots of the withdrawal.

The most shocking part is that you cannot contact their financial department (which they claim is investigating this issue).

For 9 days now i didnt receive single information, explanation, nothing. Support rudely keeps rejecting my calls about the money I deposited. Is this really how this business should work?

I contacted their payment support at processing888.bet. I only receive automated bot replies from operator "Emma" repeating the same message: "waiting for response from payment system, high volume of requests". She closed the chat without providing any UTR, transaction hash, or proof of transfer.

I contacted Airtel Tanzania and they confirmed no funds have been received and no pending transaction exists.

I have screenshots of the bot loop and the withdrawal request.

I request either:

1. Provide a valid UTR / proof that funds were sent, OR

2. Cancel the withdrawal and refund 100,000 TZS back to my gaming balance so I can try another method.

Cassino 888starz withdrawal issue

I would like to file a complaint against 888Starz regarding my withdrawal issue.

I have been trying to withdraw my money to my Skrill account, but every withdrawal request gets approved at first and then later cancelled without a clear explanation. I have used this withdrawal method before and never had this problem until now.

I already contacted customer support multiple times, but unfortunately I am either being ignored or receiving generic responses without any real help. I also submitted all requested verification documents, including my ID/passport, proof of payment, and card verification.

Withdrawal problems and Missing funds

I am submitting this complaint due to serious issues with withdrawals and missing funds on my 888Starz account.
As soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was placed under repeated and prolonged “security checks”. I was asked multiple times to provide identity documents, selfies with dates, and written explanations. I complied with all requests fully and promptly.
Despite this, the verification process keeps being extended without clear reasons, deadlines, or transparent communication. Support responses are generic, delayed, and constantly redirect me between departments, restarting the process instead of resolving it.
In addition to the withdrawal issue, part of my balance disappeared from my account without any valid explanation. The account balance was reduced even though I did not place any bets, bonuses, or withdrawals that would justify the missing funds. I repeatedly asked for a clear transaction history or explanation, but none was provided.
Furthermore, withdrawal confirmation via SMS is unreliable, which makes completing withdrawals even more difficult.
Deposits were accepted instantly, but once I requested to withdraw my money, multiple obstacles appeared. This behavior strongly suggests unjustified withdrawal delays and lack of transparency.
I am requesting:
A full and transparent explanation of the missing funds
Immediate completion of account verification
Processing of my pending withdrawal without further delays
I believe my rights as a player have been violated, and I am asking AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter fairly.
