I've been playing here for 3 years and these guys are really working on service and improving casino, support, withdrawals speed. Also, I like the personal approach they are using. Bonuses usually are great.

They had some issues with support (one supporter wasn't really professional) but I sent a feedback and they fixed this.

Difficult and Slow withdrawal more than 1 week( if you have verified account). I did deposits here about 2.000 euro and I had withdrawal 3.200 euro, but it took about a week, they payed me, only after my complaint in askgamblers.
The worst support. I closed my account for a week (ad 2.6.2018), and 1.6.2018 I got 50 euro bonus, because I did bets more than 12.000 euro in slots. Bonus didnt have timelimits, but chat support canceled this bonus.. Vip manager contacted with me, said that support did mistake, but it was after I have my account closed permanently. Chat agent stolen 50 euro from me.

I unsubscribed myself from their emails multiple times but they keep spamming me with offers, while I don't want offers.
Then I emailed their support that I wanted to be unsubscribed and the button didn't work, they replied on my email saying I was unsubscribed now. Still a month later I'm receiving their annoying emails. I see no reason why you wont fix this, its really really annoying.

Did btc cashout. 4 days later still havent received my cashout. Meanwhile bitcoin dropped a few hundreds. Very frustrating.

Everything is fine. Game is good, alot kind of game, deposit fast. But I have complain about one thing is Withdraw. I withdraw BTC 6 hours ago and still not receive yet. Even after 2 hours chat with support, my problem still there. I dont know why it take so long, may be because it's my first time withdraw. Great selection of games and live chat is always available. After many deposits and losses I finally hit some good pays and cashed out 1 BTC. Although cashout was not as quick as I would have liked they did send me mt winnings within 3 business days as promised.

Got burnt by a flaw on the website. Won big and was not paid. Their race loyalty program crashed on a weekend and paid everyday instead of every 7 days. I was credited 2 extra amounts. Wagered and won with it. Myself being incredibly stupid, I notified them and was stripped of my winnings. Also I highlighted that any of my usual deposits would have won the same amount and pleaded them to credit my winnings. Response was the best they could do to match my '600USD' winnings was 20 free spins of 0.1 each. So that was it, I closed.

Ps. I don't want to submit a complaint but I really had a bad experience here but just because I was from the US and we are not allowed to play. I lost all my deposits for the same reason but besides all my bad experience this is truly one of a kind casino. Kudos!

Not paying. For past month not paying my commissions, support says that already paid, later that will pay soon, already for 7 days long, from 4th december.

This is not first time, problems is eternal on this site. Withdrawals may hangs for weeks. If you win big amount they will not paid to you, they not will be pay you until you lose all.

You have to contact support for bonuses. They are not automatically updated . Max withdrawal is 5 btc at a time. With a winning of 11 btc they are taking forever with the last 5 btc I have requested for withdrawal. It's been over two days. They never take this long and I am really surprised for a btc casino to take this long. Experience with btc casino is that usually they don't take over 1 day for any greater amounts of 1 btc.

**Players from USA are NOT Permitted to wager - not even bitcoin** according to 7Bit Casino Representative in an email sent to me. I was told this after I requested to withdraw a substantial win (15.4 btc approx).

Excerpt from 7Bit email:
"Please note due to the terms and conditions of the casino p 3.11 "If you are a player from US or any of its states, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games including bitcoins.""

I'm confused - every advertisement I have seen from 7Bit says US players allowed. They seem to be fine taking deposits from US Players - but when it comes to payouts, they invoke p 3.11 of the T&C.

It would appear, according to 7Bit's own policy, that any losses sustained by US Players should be refunded, as they were not allowed to play in the first place.
